Staff were friendly, location was perfect, and lots of good communication on the day of booking

Highly recommended and have a meal as they serve throughout the day.
Pros:

We had 2 double beds and they were comfortable. There were no strong smells or fragrances. We were on the ground floor and parked near our room. The meals at the hotel were lovely and a lot of locals stopped for a catchup and outside is pet friendly. Very nicely priced and yummy. You could have a walk along the pier or beach in front. You could get a lovely view if you had a room higher up, but you have stairs to tackle.

Cons:

Nothing stood out as bad. As we’re tired and I have bad knees we requested a ground floor room because of the stairs and they were very accommodating.

Nothing to like anything to stay this room 🙄 and not very happy the room was very small for family with 4people

Veey disappointed about The staff in reception they ask id license and bank card numbers front and back security numbers when i check in 2pm on the date said i ready given all my information and id proof to booking. Com when i booking the hotel but the staff said we don't have your details but only booking. Com have and i said this is my 4th or 5th times i come and stay here but this is the worst time they asking me all the details again and keep me waiting long time i like to stay north pier hotel before but not anymore after this the room was very small for 4people family and not happy and worst customers service!!

Lovely location, view and restaurant, poor upkeep of the rooms.
Pros:

Excellent location and view.
Lovely restaurant and children's play area.

Cons:

Stained carpets and furniture. Spider webs all over the glass balcony. No cleaning equipment. Understand it's an older building but it seems the upkeep is poor. The toilet brush had dry toilet paper stuck all over it.
When having a meal at the restaurant there were 4-5 security staff standing outside at the entrance, beside our outdoor table, that were having a good old catch up. The language was not ideal for the young children that were outside at the same time
