Cancelation terms:

In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.

Total conditions:

• Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.

Partial conditions:

• Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

tres bon sejour dans cet hotel je recommande
Pros:

nous sommes des habitues de votre établissement et nous venons en moyenne 2 fois par an et cette fois nous avons particulièrement appréciez que la chambre soit beaucoup plus spacieuse .

Cons:

Hola. Me han pedido un deposito cuando llegue y el día q me voy a ir dicen q no Saben de esto no me hab dado ni un recibo porq han dichte q no es necesario. Y a la final han dicho q hatian todas las averiguacionrs y q me reembildarian a la cuenta pero nunca lo hicieron
Tengan cuidado q cada vez pueden estar robandole a los clientes.

Smart, clean, helpful friendly staff and good location for Train.
Pros:

Only 8 minutes walk from Gare Montparnasse (major train station connecting to the south). Helpful staff speak multiple languages including English. Received a no-cost room upgrade on arrival. 24 hour front reception very useful.

Cons:

No coffee machine available for guests in lobby (coffee and tea in room with kettle).

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Zimmer groß und relativ modern. Sehr freundliches Personal. Aus den oberen Stockwerken schöne Aussicht. Zur Straße gut schallisoliert.
Durch die Metrostation direkt vor dem Hotel sehr gut angebunden, trotzdem aber nicht direkt in einer Touristengegend. Nette Lokale und Boulangerien in der direkten Umgebung.

Cons:

Obwohl man vom Stadtlärm nicht viel mitbekommt, sind die Zimmer untereinander recht hellhörig.
Das Bad ist wirklich winzig und hatte keine richtige Tür, wodurch immer ein 2 cm Spalt blieb. Das ist nur etwas für Langzeitpaare. Hinter der Toilette war etwas Schimmel an den Fliesen.
