Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms :

30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Cancelation terms:

In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply.

Total conditions:

• Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due.
• Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.

Partial conditions:

• Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Moderne, super accueil, propreté irréprochable et proximité immédiate ligne 6 et 12
Pros:

Un accueil agréable, très calme chambre côté petite cour, particulièrement propre, rénovation très sympa, proximité immédiate métro, bouilloire ds la chambre avec du thé de qualite

Cons:

Manque yaourt et compote au petit déjeuner et thé pas qualitatif ... mais pain très frais et jus d'orange pur jus tb!

Moyen et très déçu vu le prix par nuit complètement anormal au vu des prestations et des soucis !!!

Le personnel très agréable et très à l'écoute pour régler les problèmes

Cons:

Climatisation qui ne marchait pas donc une nuit en enfer vu les chaleurs !!! la salle de bain pas très adaptée sans cloison de douche donc on met de l'eau partout !! Le petit déjeuner sans oeufs brouillés par exemple et on nous explique que c'est parce que la machine ne marchait, au vu du prix c'est lamentable !

Pros:

Si la canicule ne s'était pas imposée, nous aurions pu davantage profiter de notre chambre.
Malgré cela, les personnes à l'accu6: toutes vraiment très bien. Hôtel très agréable. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le petit déjeuner du fait de notre horaire de départ.
Et la chambre très bien. Salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle.
Bref, un séjour rapide mais très bien.

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre mais ce n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel.
La salle de bain est un peu petite. Mais ça ne justifie pas un mauvais retour.

They need better fans in the rooms without AC, But lovely other then that

Very standard "American" feeling hotel. Pretty small rooms and bathrooms but fully functional and cute. Right outside a metro station. Very quiet area, sleeping with windows open was needed in the tiny room but nice that it wasn't noisy. Staff was lovely.

Cons:

originally found this on a different website that said they had AC, my other hotel cancelled day of and I found this last minute. Found out when I got here that not ALL rooms have AC, the first night was boiling, one small fan was tough in a room that gets sun all day during a massive heat wave. I showed them the post and they honoured it and moved me to a room with AC, then everything was perfect.
