Dhanya was really Amazing best hotel and best service really happy with the hospitality
Breakfast spread for veg/non veg was good. The rooms were excellent and staff was extremely helpful and kind.
The location is 10-15 mins walk to panjim center market and many other areas. If you want to explore panjim on foot stay here and enjoy the area. Lot of shopping, restuarants and fun places to see and visit.
The pool was also excellent and the staff there was very helpful.
2 out of 3 lifts were not working, for such a 5 star property this was a bit disappointing.

My husband and I recently visited Vivanta for a relaxing day out and decided to have a lunch date at the restaurant. While the reception staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The dining area was empty, and the service staff was entirely absent. Although there were several chefs present, none of them stepped forward to assist us. They simply stared without offering any help.
Fortunately, Chef Vardhan and Chef Ganesh intervened. Chef Vardhan was exceptionally polite, professional, and prepared a truly delicious meal for us. While we are very upset by the lack of attentiveness from the rest of the culinary team, we are incredibly grateful to Chef Vardhan and Chef Ganesh. On our next visit, we would be delighted to be hosted by them again.
The room size was good and clean. Breakfast was very good...the meal spread, quality, taste and in spite of the number of people was well managed.

Check in was hassle-free, front office Dhanya was very much accomodating and quick, Inroom dining Shiva, Vishwanath, were very accomodating with our requirements and food was awesome.
Breakfast spread is so much you just can't ask for anything else, service was top notch Ancy, Macvin, Selwyn, Shawn were all so attentive, you ask them something and it's on your table within time,
But would like to specially mention for F&B manager Macnoy Fernandes he is a pillar of Taj Vivanta Panjim, leads a wonderful team and very much sure that his leadership qualities would take him way ahead with Taj...he is truly a gem of a person the way he took extra care and provided us good food and service, he is definitely an asset for Taj... I wish him all the very best....
