It felt like we were in a tropical oasis ♡♡ this property is intentional and so well thought out. A great "adult" escape. Our room was spacious and clean, the pools are secluded and accessible 24/7, the entire staff was helpful and friendly, there's beach transport & access, and lastly, the Coco Café never missed !! Each meal we ordered was chef's kiss !! Would highly recommend the private dinner experience or the breakfast tower for your casita's patio; perfect way to take in the natural beauty.

We came to the boardwalk boutique hotel for our honeymoon and words can’t fully do it justice. From our arrival throughout our entire stay the staff and employees were so welcoming. We also really appreciate that the hotel has so many partnerships with local groups such as animal shelters and conservation efforts. Super easy walk to the beach, and the coco cafe has delicious drinks and food. I couldn’t get enough of the coconut shrimp! We loved their events such as the live music on the beach and tour of the hotel gardens. Special shoutout to Cindy, Jessica, and Valery for consistently going above and beyond. We love the boardwalk!!

Had an awesome time in Aruba staying at the Boardwalk Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and provided great service. The front desk team was kind and helpful and Julen at the beach/pool is fantastic.

We enjoyed the food/drink service at the beach and then coming back to the hotel for happy hours. The casitas are a good size and the iced tea pitchers are a nice touch. The hotel is a bit quieter/tucked away but it’s quick and easy for taxi pickup. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book an Aruba trip.

We had a wonderful time at this resort and on the island. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. We were greeted warmly at check in and were offered champagne and they held our luggage until our room was ready and when ready they showed us to our room which had more champagne and snacks and tea. Our casita was perfect and so cute and lovely. We were in a second floor casita and we also loved our patio. It felt very private and secluded. We ate a few times at the Coco cafe for breakfast and lunch and also had drinks there when we returned after dinner each evening. We spent time at the beach and both pools lounging with drinks but also went beach hopping and exploring the island. The resort is smaller and more private but so peaceful and relaxing. We liked how they handle the palapa system. All you had to do the day before was tell them you want chairs and a palapa for the next day and then the next day you had until 11am to be at your palapa to claim it. So we would go to breakfast or took a walk or went exploring or to the pool in the mornings and still had time to get to our palapa. Several days we decided to go to other beaches though. We are so glad we chose this resort over the chain resorts. We had a great experience here.

We had a fantastic stay at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel. The beautiful, tropical grounds are immaculately maintained, and the pool area was always clean, peaceful, and relaxing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent every morning. Our casita was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.

Don't let the short walk to the beach put you off—it's an easy stroll to a quieter section of Palm Beach, you can book a palapa the day before, although we always found one available, even when we forgot to book it.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The property was beautiful . It was clean . The staff was so friendly . I loved all the nature that was around the property . A truly unique experience .

One of the most beautiful stays. Each room is more like a beautiful beach apartment. The gardens and landscaping around the hotel were gorgeous. The casita was spotless and the shower had good water pressure. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The walk to Palm Beach was quick and we were offered a ride by the shuttle for our return trip while not needed it was appreciated. The beach chairs were very comfortable and palapas provided excellent shade. Its on the quieter side of Palm Beach but still nosier then Eagle Beach. The water was beautiful but the sand felt more like a lake a little slimy, i think it might be from all the boats but other then that a beautiful stay.

I trust Trip Advisor and had been looking at the stellar reviews for this place for awhile. We usually do the big high rise or the cruise when vacationing in the Caribbean. This time we chose to do something a little different. We are here now and every five star review has proven to be deserving. It is a high quality small hotel with casitas in the Dutch manner with pastel and colorful decor. Everything looks high quality, as well as the service and Michelin restaurant. It is directly across from the Ritz. There is a two minute walk across to the palapa reserved Boardwalk area of the beach between The Ritz and Marriott only for Boardwalk vacationers but a shuttle if you prefer.. There is everyone from honeymooners to older couples. The two pools are lovely. It is on an old coconut plantation and is very tropical with foliage and birds. It isn't cheap, but sometimes you get what you paid for.

Cama e chuveiro perfeitos. A área das piscinas é fantástica, mas não possui capacidade para acolher todos os hóspedes no dias de maior lotação. O restaurante Coco Café é muito bom, mas os preços podem ser maiores que os praticados na ilha.

Infelizmente sofremos no dia da chegada Ninguém esperando e quase não conseguimos entrar para dormir no quarto. Quase estragou a viagem infelizmente!

This is a spectacular, spectacular hotel. The landscaping provides wonderful shade over the pools for all-day swimming, and the patios off of every room are well appointed for when you want to relax and play some cards while listening to the birds sing.

The omnipresent buggy takes you right to the best seats at Palm Beach (not that it's that far), but if you're wise you'll drive a bit further north where there's better snorkeling and the sand is less muddy. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff is kind. The clientele is mostly 20s-30s American couples on babymoon, but we were not out of place at all. Rooms are huge and well appointed, if without pre-packaged soaps.

We came to the Boardwalk on our honeymoon via recommendation from my wife's sister. Wonderful recommendation and place to stay. It was an oasis away from the massive beach hotels. We loved how peaceful and relaxing the space was and had wonderful interactions with the staff. It's just a few minute walk to the beach so it was super convenient to go down and spend time there. The food was some of the best of our trip and extremely healthy. We were constantly thinking about the boardwalk even when we left for our next hotel in Curacao. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back.
