Pros:

We liked the cleanliness.

Cons:

We didn't like that when our car battery died when we got there, no one could give us any numbers of local businesses that could help us. Also, with the cost of what you charge for a room per night, your valet doesn't have a jump box?! I don't understand that. We got no help from anyone at the hotel. Also, two washcloths for a room booked for 4 people?? The doorman didn't say anything to you until spoken to. Had no idea where the lobby was until I decided to ask if he works there since he was just sitting there on his phone near the entrance. He was nice when spoken to, but maybe he should greet people.

Had to wait 2 hours after 4pm to get checked in. They couldn’t handle the number of people. And they charged me for the room even though I fully paid through booking.com already.

Good location and nice hotel, but, grateful if you could place hair-dryer in each room.

There was no hair dryer. I noticed it after taking a shower. I requested it, but that was only available next day as it was late at night.

Beautiful Historic Hotel with Spacious Rooms and Exceptional Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s stunning historic architecture and beautiful design. The building has so much character while still offering all the modern comforts.

Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally clean. The large rooms made our stay even more comfortable, and the entire hotel was spotless and well maintained.

The location is fantastic—we were able to easily walk to the Inner Harbor, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, and many great restaurants and attractions, making it easy to experience the best of Baltimore.

One of the things that truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding customer service. We received thoughtful daily text messages checking in to see if we needed anything, and the staff was always friendly, responsive, and eager to help.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, historic hotel with spacious rooms, an unbeatable location, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Restaurant, Morely in the Hotel had good food and the staff were friendly!

Our room was comfortable and cozy! Modern furniture and a beautiful color scheme! Bedding and Towels had a clean and fresh smell. No complaints and I will be booking my next stay at this Hotel!

Very Professional Front Staff!

My son and I were in town for a Football Camp hosted by Zay Flowers! Memories made in Baltimore that will last forever!

I like how it has access to using the bikes for free. I like how they have little events here and there like they had the wine hour from 5 to 6. The aesthetics of the hotel was really really nice. It gave presidential, gave luxury.

Cons:

I didn’t like the shower set up. I thought it was a tub or I thought each suite had a like hot tub situation. I’m not sure about that if our bread that incorrectly, but that was basically it just a shower. I didn’t have much time to really be in the room.
