Easy to get to and from Worldwide Technology Speedway. Several late night eating options nearby. The New Rosati’s Pizza just up the road was amazing! This is my second stay at this hotel and we will be back next year.
It was a nice clean room
Our room was behind the elevator so it was loud and went all night
The location was good
Some of the staff was rude, beds felt like sleeping on a box, elevator was broken so couldn't get to handy cap room on the 2nd and 3rd floor. So couldn't take a shower for the 2 nights my family and I stayed there. Woke up with ants in our room. Swimming pool was way to blue like those toilet bowls cleaner. My 10 yr old found 3 big clumbs of black hair in the pool and you could see the oils and dead skin flakes on top. No towels in pool area either. Cost way over 400 to stay there. 6 months earlier we were 100 less and there was no problem with it. Whatever happened in the last 6 months needs replaced. I'll never stay there again.

Elevator broken for months, spider infestation in room, unclean rooms, had to take 3rd floor room and walk up due to being told 1st floor closed and 2nd floor is for “handicapped”
Location for where I needed to be.
I had stayed here before and it was okay, they seemed like they were having difficulties. The cleaning people had come in when I had already put the privacy card out. I didn’t really like that, I wasn’t there, but I’m one that doesn’t want strangers coming in my room while I’m gone, it’s just my preference.

The only thing my family and I didn't like was the over soft pillows. And maybe a removable shower head so easier to take a shower for disability people
this hotel is extremely dirty, smelly, and broken items all over.
Room was advertised as accessible.it was not. Booking.com falsely claimed it booked a handicap accessible roon. Hot)el only had accessible rooms on the 2nd floor. The elevator see anovewas broken. We stayed one night and left for another hotel. I blame booking.com for this confusion.?

The breakfast was excellent! Food hot and delicious.
Loud foot stomping at all hours of the night from above. Large diesel trucks in the parking lot were idling loudly as early as 5 AM. Overall, other guests were noisy, which prevented sound sleep.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was broken and I have a torn meniscus so climbing stairs was very difficult. The room was not clean and I suspect the sheets were not changed before my arrival. There was a packet of keycards on n the tv stand, hair in the shower and a coating of dust on the furniture. There was no hair dryer in the room. The sheets looked like they were previously slept on. The vinyl was peeled off the couch in the room. It was just not a pleasant stay, unfortunately.
