Location for where I needed to be.
I had stayed here before and it was okay, they seemed like they were having difficulties. The cleaning people had come in when I had already put the privacy card out. I didn’t really like that, I wasn’t there, but I’m one that doesn’t want strangers coming in my room while I’m gone, it’s just my preference.

The only thing my family and I didn't like was the over soft pillows. And maybe a removable shower head so easier to take a shower for disability people
this hotel is extremely dirty, smelly, and broken items all over.
Room was advertised as accessible.it was not. Booking.com falsely claimed it booked a handicap accessible roon. Hot)el only had accessible rooms on the 2nd floor. The elevator see anovewas broken. We stayed one night and left for another hotel. I blame booking.com for this confusion.?

The breakfast was excellent! Food hot and delicious.
Loud foot stomping at all hours of the night from above. Large diesel trucks in the parking lot were idling loudly as early as 5 AM. Overall, other guests were noisy, which prevented sound sleep.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was broken and I have a torn meniscus so climbing stairs was very difficult. The room was not clean and I suspect the sheets were not changed before my arrival. There was a packet of keycards on n the tv stand, hair in the shower and a coating of dust on the furniture. There was no hair dryer in the room. The sheets looked like they were previously slept on. The vinyl was peeled off the couch in the room. It was just not a pleasant stay, unfortunately.

The smell, the food, broken elevator, and getting in touch with someone at the desk to check in and out. There was a weird smell throughout the whole place that was really offputting. It was some kind of detergent on all the linens and they were still wet from turnover and we didn't check in until after 10 pm
I’m here at the hotel Best Western in Pontoon Beach Illinois and I had a wonderful stay at my room. This hotel is one of the best thatI have stayed at. I had a great experience. The room was very very large and very comfortable. They had a pool which was very clear water was very warm. That was really good. They had very nice breakfast. Set up and delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
The elevator was out of order.
