Good location, wonderful breakfast, guests permitted to make loud rude noises overnight.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! Food hot and delicious.

Cons:

Loud foot stomping at all hours of the night from above. Large diesel trucks in the parking lot were idling loudly as early as 5 AM. Overall, other guests were noisy, which prevented sound sleep.

Disappointed
Pros:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was broken and I have a torn meniscus so climbing stairs was very difficult. The room was not clean and I suspect the sheets were not changed before my arrival. There was a packet of keycards on n the tv stand, hair in the shower and a coating of dust on the furniture. There was no hair dryer in the room. The sheets looked like they were previously slept on. The vinyl was peeled off the couch in the room. It was just not a pleasant stay, unfortunately.

Easy to find. Climate control worked well.

Cons:

The smell, the food, broken elevator, and getting in touch with someone at the desk to check in and out. There was a weird smell throughout the whole place that was really offputting. It was some kind of detergent on all the linens and they were still wet from turnover and we didn't check in until after 10 pm

Highly recommended Hotel
Pros:

I’m here at the hotel Best Western in Pontoon Beach Illinois and I had a wonderful stay at my room. This hotel is one of the best thatI have stayed at. I had a great experience. The room was very very large and very comfortable. They had a pool which was very clear water was very warm. That was really good. They had very nice breakfast. Set up and delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. The room and all of the facilities were clean and easy to access. We did not swim in the pool so we can't comment on that. The breakfast was very good!

Mind blowing
Pros:

This was one of my faite hotel in Ponton Beach Illinois best Western plus, they have a great customer service. Front Desk staff was really helpful and Housekeeper was really amazing. Their breakfast is really outstanding and delicious. I would definitely come back here and stay again to this hotel.

Pros:

Didn't make it to breakfast, but the room was clean and accessible. Police station directly across from the hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk.
