Important information:

The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. While these areas are undergoing renovation, please rest assured that our check-in and reception services will remain fully operational and available to serve you during your stay in the Bay Tower. The Executive Tower is separate from the Bay Tower; all facilities will remain fully operational without any disturbance caused by the renovation.

Lovely stay 👍🏻
Pros:

A lovely stay. The hotel is close to shopping centers and just across the road from the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice Location with lovely Swimming Pool
Pros:

Location is to die for. A short walk to the beach and to a big shopping mall, restaurants and certainly big C.
Clean room, descent size bathroom with a view facing a beach.
We definitely love the 7Eleven that can be accessed from the hotel's lobby.
Hotel also provide a free rides to the beach or to the back road.
Breakfast are ok-ish, but the star is is the infinity swimming pool.....me and my husband love it very much. It is like an oasis in the dessert, with frangipani trees here and there.

Cons:

We have nothing to complain....everything just right

ALLES - So muss ein 5-Sterne Hotel sein!
- Außergewöhnliche moderne Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick
- extrem freundliches Personal
- alles sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt.
- sehr familienfreundlich, eine ganze Etage nur für Kids mit Spielplatz, Kinderpool und regelmäßigem Entertainment

Es gibt hier wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Friendly staff and great yoga!
Pros:

Had another great visit to the Holiday Inn Pattaya. The breakfast staff is always exceptionally kind and helpful. The weekend yoga sessions are incredible with Su. Su is a very talented and thoughtful instructor that manages to help all yoga attendees, no matter their skill level. I often miss yoga while traveling but attending Su's class was fantastic and better than most yoga studios.
