No tiene spa
We had to leave after one night due to noise. The hotel has a terrace on the fourth floor where they host events with loud, booming music. When we first heard the music, we called the front desk and asked if they knew where it was coming from. The person we spoke with claimed she had no idea and would investigate. A half hour later, she admitted it was coming from an event they were hosting. They couldn't switch our room so we checked out early and went to another hotel.
The same person I spoke to on the phone emailed me two days later. She claimed they were going to investigate what went wrong. But I was in Santiago all week. I walked by late on other nights and I heard music once again. This is a regular occurrence.

I’m writing this for my housekeeper mostly as she spoiled me. She noticed I drank more water than provided so added a few more bottles each day as part of the housekeeping service. On my last night, she organized a Carmenere too. Very kind. The service was faultless throughout though making my week long work stay incredibly comfortable

Todo, el hotel cumple perfecto con los detalles que uno espera. La pieza amplia, la tina increíble y una rica cama para descansar.
La atención del personal fue muy buena, el cóctel de bienvenida y regalos por celebración fue un excelente detalle. El Karai sin duda es lo mejor del lugar.
No creo que valga la pena el precio dado que las instalaciones no son lo suficientemente cómodas. La habitación tiene mala iluminación, y el baño es muy incómodo, el jabón olía raro y no hay bañera, solo ducha. El hotel no cuenta con spa, por lo que si buscas relajarte en la habitación o en el hotel, no es el lugar para ello. Pedí y me confirmaron una reserva en el restaurante con anticipación, pero no la habían registrado.
