Had to leave due to noise

We had to leave after one night due to noise. The hotel has a terrace on the fourth floor where they host events with loud, booming music. When we first heard the music, we called the front desk and asked if they knew where it was coming from. The person we spoke with claimed she had no idea and would investigate. A half hour later, she admitted it was coming from an event they were hosting. They couldn't switch our room so we checked out early and went to another hotel.

The same person I spoke to on the phone emailed me two days later. She claimed they were going to investigate what went wrong. But I was in Santiago all week. I walked by late on other nights and I heard music once again. This is a regular occurrence.
