Angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine kurze Reise
Pros:

Der Check-In bei später Anreise ist sehr gut organisiert und verständlich erklärt. Es hat alles auf Anhieb wie erwartet funktioniert. Die Lage und Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank.

The worst hotel i have ever stayedat.

Booking.com must drop this junk property from their site.

This is a very old property, that is no problem, the problem is the very OLD, UNSTABLE , UNCOMFORTABLE BED,with a pillow that was made from stuffing pillow case WITH AN OLD SHEET!!!!!

I LIKE TO GET A REFUND FROM THIS PROPERTY.

THIS IS NOT AN OLD HOTEL. THIS IS A JOKE PLAYED ON GUESTS AND BOOKING.COM.

Cons:

THE BED AND PILLOW WERE OUT OF ORDER.
AN ANTIQUE ELEVATOR WAS ALWAYS BROKEN
THE BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE WITH POOR CHOICES.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. In der Nähe vom Kurfürstendamm.

Für den Preis= Topp
Pros:

Trotz der nahen Lage zur U7, dem Frühstück inklusive und der Fußläufigen Nähe zum Route 66 Diner, stets im unteren Preisbereich.
Das Frühstück bietet keine Highlights, dafür aber alles Grundlegende um in den Tag zu Starten.
Der Fahrstuhl ist Klasse. 😃

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung war eher rätselhaft.
Mal werden die Betten gemacht, Mal nicht. Mal wird das Bad gemacht, Mal nicht. Handtuchtausch inzwischen von 3 auf 4 Tage hochgesetzt.

Старая, ветхая мебель, неисправная сантехника, убогие комнаты, коридоры, лестница, грязное, изношенное ковровое покрытие, не работает wi-fi, плохой , скудный завтрак, проваливающиеся полы. Как можно было разрешить принимать гостей в этом отеле? Это - позор для Берлина.
