Sehr abgewohnt und hellhörig aber günstig inklusive Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage. U Bahn war direkt in der Nähe . Nachbarschaft als sicher empfunden. Fussläufig zum Ku’damm.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig. Jedes Wort vom Zimmernachbarn gehört. Gegen Straßenlärm und Krach aus dem Hinterhof hatte das geschlossene Fenster sehr geholfen. Wer aber gerne mit geöffnetem Fenster schläft, hat dann ein Problem. Frühstück war sehr basic, bei Matratzen scheiden sich die Geister, mir war sie zu weich. Für den Preis war aber alles hinnehmbar.

Hotel loin du centre animé de Berlin, pratiquement aucun choix de restauration aux alentours, personnel de chambre ne disant jamais bonjour, le petit déjeuner peu attirant pour de la clientèle internationale.

此驿禅趣甚浓，客甫驻足，便觉身心澄澈、四大皆空。未料顷刻之间，同侪贴身之褡裢并通关信牌，竟悄然羽化登仙。下楼进膳之际，堂内堂外宛若早有默契，直教人顿斩尘世之累——既度化随身之盘缠，复超拔验明真身之文牒，所耗不过须臾十数息耳。同行友人唯仰视承尘，沉吟“吾身何在，吾为何人”，顿入无我之境。此真乃始皇啖椒，口鼻皆木，麻至骨髓矣！

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mitten im Zentrum 😊
Pros:

Das Hotel ist im Berliner Westen zentral gelegen, kurz vor dem Kurfürstendamm in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Parkplätze sind dort knapp ;) Die Reservierung und die Rücksprache zum Late Check in waren super unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Hotel ist in einem charmant in die Jahre gekommenen Altbau mit lustigen Schildern zur Bedienung des Fahrstuhls. Das Zimmer hat alles geboten, was ich zum Übernachten benötige und war super sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Ich buche gern wieder.

Für den Westteil Berlins ist die Lage z.B. für die über den Bhf. Charlottenburg Anreisenden ganz ok. Das Frühstück - für das Hotels, die sich für etwas Besseres halten, gern exorbitante Summen verlangen - ist ebenfalls ganz okay. Mein authentisch-asiatisches Lieblingsrestaurant "Pho" am Olivaer Platz ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Dies ist eine eher schlichte Unterkunft. Sie ist ziemlich sauber & ordentlich. Wer höhere Ansprüche hat, also auf "Besserem" besteht, muss erheblich mehr Geld für eine Übernachtung anderswo ausgeben

Leider stark nachgelassen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist das einzige Argument. Alles schnell zu erreichen.
Frühstück war immer einfach, aber uns hats gereicht, dieses Mal aber lauwarmer Kaffee, Brötchen wie Gummi.
Es wurde nur auf Nachfrage und schleppend nachgelegt. Personal sehr unfreundlich.
Ich denke wir waren das letzte Mal dort, sei denn die Bewertungen werden wieder besser.

Cons:

Wir sind familientechnisch 2 - 3 mal in Berlin und waren schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel. Bisher waren wir immer ganz zufrieden. Dieses Mal war jedoch eine einzige Enttäuschung. Fernseher ohne Signal, kein w-lan im Zimmer. Der Renovierungsstau wird immer größer. Teppich und Dusche absolut grenzwertig. Mit den abgewohnten Möbeln kann man noch leben. Altbau finden wir grundsätzlich charmant, aber es müsste dringend was gemacht werden.
