Ik vroeg om iets en hij ging zomaar een arabier helpen heel brutaal !!!!
Handoek was vies wc stonk in de kamer

Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic location with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea; the only slight downside is the busy road nearby, and the pool could stay open longer—that’s really all there is to complain about. I would especially like to thank the entire Nashira team; when I fell ill, everyone was incredibly helpful—they called an ambulance and a taxi for my girlfriend and assisted with translation. We will never forget this. We highly recommend this hotel! 🫶

La sécurité, le buffet déjeuner, le personnel très accueillants et sympa.

Cons:

La propreté : les draps ne sont pas changés, pas de nettoyage de la salle de bain ni de la chambre. J’ai logé 10 jours dans cet hôtel et le premier « nettoyage » a été fait au bout de 5 jours pcq j’ai insisté auprès de la réception. (c-à-d : nettoyage sol et changement des serviettes de bains).

Tolles Pool und reichhaltiges Frühstück
Pros:

Der große und saubere Pool hat mir sehr gefallen.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon und man konnte von weitem das Meer sehen und auch die wunderschönen Berge.

Cons:

Das Hotel antwortet nicht auf Textnachrichten über booking.com - Das war schade denn ich hatte im Vorfeld der Anreise einige Fragen die unbeantwortet blieben.
Darüber hinaus war das "Fitnessstudio" sehr dürftig ausgestattet, viele Geräte waren alt und unbrauchbar.
Außerdem sollte man wissen dass das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt und man mit Autolärm rechnen sollte.

Nyugodt szállodai környezet
Pros:

Szép hegyre nyíló kilátás a medence és étkező részről. Aranyos és kedves személyzet. Jó árban lévő szobaszervíz ételek tekintetében. Szép igényes rendben tartott kert és nagyszerű tetőtéri kilátás.

Cons:

A személyzet naprakészség hiányos volt , az étkeztetés a promóciós videó forgatás napján rendkívüli módon széleskörű kínálatú volt szemben más napokon szűkebb ételek várták a vendégeket és alacsonyabb minőségű alapanyagok. A szálloda a folyosókon nem rendelkezett légkondicionálással ott és az erkélyen rendkívül meleg volt. A Hotelből nehéz a tengerpartot megközelíteni mert, nagyjából 15-20 perc séta.

Európai vendégek számára lehetne vastagabb huzatos takarót fenntartaniuk, vékony szúrós vár alapból amit a környező országokban megszokhattunk. Jobb, mint a lepedő, de ezt hiányos volt.

Italok tekintetében spórolt a szálloda, mint az étkeztetés során mind a bárpultnál hiányok voltak. Egy egész hét alatt nem cserélték az üdítős automatában a tartályokat, jelzésre sem. A bárpultnál a borlap szegényes , de a vároterembe ott díszelegnek a jobb borok.
