Location, room, bathroom, very friendly staff.

Cons:

I asked the staff at the front desk to organize a transport to the port, which is 2.7km from the hotel. I was charged 30 Euro for the drive (2 people, 2 suitcases). I recommend to pre-inform the hotel guests about the price or organize an official taxi for the guests instead of a private transport. The day before we had paid 15 Euro for an official taxi from the port to the hotel (which we organized by ourselves by holding up our hand).

Still, the hotel is absolutely worth booking.

Pros:

"The hotel is very outdated. The room had an old floor air conditioner that simply could not cool the room, leaving it extremely hot and uncomfortable.The staff was completely inflexible and refused to provide real assistance when we reported the issue.To make matters worse, there was only one power outlet in the entire room. If you are a deaf person who needs to charge your hearing aids and your phone at the same time, you are in serious trouble. Avoid this place."

L’hôtel a du mal à gérer le monde que ce soit au petit déjeuner (pas terrible) ou avec l’ascenseur (charmant mais peut pratique) notamment du fait de la terrasse qui attire énormément de gens non résidents
