Them rooms need better ventilation directed to the bed
On the first day the breakfast was delicious.

I would like to thank employee Zasha Ford for her incredibly kind assistance. She spent over an hour working to create the hotel receipt I requested and finally succeeded. I have never met an employee who has put in such genuine effort. She is a truly excellent employee, and my positive impression of the hotel has increased tremendously. I would like to express my gratitude to Zasha once again.
Ismail is truly a gem, he really went out of his way to make our stay a 10star stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Ismail, the manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!
Exceptional overall experience. The evening reception was a highlight for our family, the made-to-order breakfast added great variety, and the suite layout is one of the smartest and most family-friendly designs I've experienced. The staff, chefs, and management created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that reminded me why Hilton remains my preferred brand.
Only minor opportunities for improvement: housekeeping could pay more attention to less visible areas during cleaning, overnight A/C performance could be more consistent, and the parking walk can feel challenging during Houston's heat and humidity. These did not significantly impact an otherwise outstanding stay.
