Loved the location, rooms , bar and the food
Room was very hot .
The bed was very uncomfortable.
Staff were excellent, the building was quirky.
Breakfast was fine, just not up to modern standards with presentation etc. room were breakfast was served was old and needs to be modernized.
Location.. set in a beautiful area overlooking the sea
On a busy road so noisy if you are sitting out
I wish I could rate this higher, particularly for the staff. We had a last minute emergency hospital visit resulting in us missing the first night of our visit. Niamh and Caitriona couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were very much in limbo as to whether we’d make our stay and they were so lovely about it. When we eventually arrived, we were only charged the remainder of the stay despite us letting the room go unused for a night. Otherwise, it’s also a gorgeous hotel with a fantastic view and a lovely breakfast. Room was comfy and perfect for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The food was lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable.
I found the room to be a bit on the small side, but it was done lovely. Where the view was ok, the window was quite small so I couldn't really sit and look out at it.
Brillant location, great food, friendly staff.
I didnt like having to come home.
Location and breakfast were perfect as were dining staff and bar staff.
We were given a room with a broken window, phone in the room didn’t work so I had to return to reception to get sorted. One girl at reception wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. Staff up house were not polite and ignored guests in corridor.
