Pros:

The staff are very welcoming and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable and the fridge and Keurig were appreciated. The buffet breakfast was delicious and ample.

Emplacement et la grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien, il faisait chaud et de plus, le contrôle de celle-ci était compliqué même s'il y avait la procédure. L'eau de la douche n'était pas stable, devenait froide ou très chaude

Awful experience
Cons:

I booked through Booking.com and had notified the hotel I was travelling with my dog, they declined my stay because of the weight of my dog (69lbs). They told me they had a max weight of 50lbs for dogs (but no where was this specified) and they notified they were cancelling the booking but I still was charged on my credit card and now I'm trying to get my money back and going back and forth between booking.com and the property

Quand même bien.
Pros:

La proximité des lieux.

Cons:

Comme c’est des lits escamotable il est très haut même pour nous qui sommes quand même grand.
Pour 3 nuits la femme de ménage a passé qu’une fois sans rien faire sauf le lit.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir 4 étoiles… odeurs affreuses partout dans les couloirs et les chambres. Des salles de bain vieilles avec des joints à refaire, le lavabo bouché… nous avions loué 3 chambres pour 2 nuits et sommes finalement partis après la première nuit.

Un vrai cauchemar. Je n'ai pratiquement pas dormi.
Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain très mal propre. Très forte odeur d'urine. Le lit est un lit qui descend du mur. Drap malpropre. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas avec Youtube et le soutient technique ne pouvait rien faire.
