Hotel stay
Pros:

Perfect location in Beijing. Super easy to get anywhere and is so conveniently located. Forbidden city is just across the street with great food options & train just around the corner. Room was nice and clean & bathroom had everything one needs.

Cons:

The beds are hard which I was fine with but if you need a softer night sleep you may have to roll out another blanket

A hotel in a perfect location for touristing in Beijing. adequate facilities without being great.
Pros:

There location was excellent, the nearby restaurants and cafes excellent, ambience of location fabulous and the hotel itself acceptable but could do with some improvements.

Cons:

The first room offered to us smelt badly of smoke from cigarettes. Our replacement room was fresh and clean. Some others staying in the hotel reported peeling wallpaper, bad smells and not so clean.
Beds in all rooms are extremely hard - leading to restless sleep and aching muscles/joints. Generally we enjoyed our stay but suggest improvements are required to meet expected standards. Improved mattresses would improve overall perception markedly.

Viagem a China, primeira parada, Pequim!!!
Pros:

Localização ao lado da Cidade Proibida.Rua típica Chinesa,nas áreas dos antigos Hutongs,nada moderno e luxuoso,mas com cara de bairro... bastante restaurante com comida típica Chinesa, comida chinesa mesmo,tudo muito bom, mercadinho e quitanda...tudo rústico, ainda mais pela localização... adoramos toda a estadia.

Cons:

Pequim em Agosto está muito quente... não gostei das roupas que trouxe para viagem, deveria ter trazido roupas mais leves. Transporte Público(Ônibus/Metro),10/10,Didi(Uber)10/10, Segurança,10/10, Limpeza,10/10.
Comida , muito diferente da nossa, muitos condimentos, principalmente pimenta, cuidado!!!Aprenda a andar de bicicleta,tem muita para alugar... Dúvidas nas ruas,nos passeios,em qualquer lugar, abordem os policiais, extremamente solicitos,mas sempre com celular e tradutor na mão.

Cons:

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. El personal de recepción fue muy maleducado y nada dispuesto a ayudar. Tuve problemas con las aplicaciones (Alipay, WeChat, Didi) e incluso necesité ayuda para reservar la visita a la Plaza de Tiananmen. Se negaron a ayudarme en todo momento y ni siquiera respondían al saludo.
La ubicación es buena, pero el servicio de recepción es pésimo. No volvería jamás y no lo recomendaría, especialmente a viajeros extranjeros que puedan necesitar un mínimo de asistencia.

Reasonable hotel, good location and reasonable value for money
Pros:

The coffee available at reception only available 7.15am to 6 pm. Not very good. The security guard or whoever set up the coffee machine had nothing to do but look at his phone all day but he could not manage to set it up early every day. What is the point of providing coffee when most of the guests are tour groups who leave the hotel very early? The rooms were clean but I never saw a vacuum cleaner and the dust in the carpets was quite heavy. I don’t think they ever vacuum. There was one guy on reception with fairly good English who gave us the name of a “snack” place for breakfast (huguosi snack) which was a 20 min walk away and fabulous. The hotel provided a very skimpy cheap breakfast which was awful. It’s best to go out. Plenty of local food places for lunch and dinner and lots of local shops to buy fruit and nuts and ice blocks (it was very hot in May)

Cons:

No breakfast. Dust in carpets. More staff need to speak English. Lots of people standing round doing nothing all day except gazing at their phones! Get them busy doing stuff like breakfast and setting up the coffee machine earlier!!

Pros:

Very good location close to the park and Forbidden City. Restaurants and Cafes nearby.

Cons:

The beds were extremely hard even by Chinese standards. The staff helpfully gave me extra pillows and comforter to lie on but I still had a very sore back and found it difficult to sleep.
