Pros:

Een pachtig hotel met zeer goede service.

Cons:

Er werd in de schoonheidssalon een behandeling (pedicure en manicure) aangeboden die niet te boeken was. Als je het niet hebt, biedt het dan ook niet aan!

All the staff was welcoming and professional.
The facilities were well maintained and clean.
Check in and out was efficient and fast.
Breakfast was excellent with choices for various coffees and tea.
The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The pillow was too flat and not comfortable.
There's no bidet in the toilet.
PowerPoint in the room is not universal.

Pros:

I liked the location, the views, and the great cappuccinos served at breakfast. The rooms themselves are also very spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is starting to show its age. Clear wear and tear is visible on the furniture and carpets, and a deep cleaning is definitely needed in the rooms, particularly across the bathroom grout and fixtures. Room maintenance needs a serious upgrade to live up to five star standards.

Worth to recommend family and friends to stay in this hotel even though it’s a bit old looking hotel
Pros:

Staff and the hospitality.
Breakfast was awesome as the staff really make my day.
Chef Mohammad and Mulyana was very good and awesome
