Echt een heerlijke vakantie op een supermooie plek.
Pros:

De rust, het uitzicht en de hygiëne was voortreffelijk. Ook de ligging zo centraal, dicht bij het centrum. Parkeren in de parkeergarage of buiten op de garage is mogelijk.
We hebben een week heerlijk genoten.

Un hôtel confortable, bien situé (à quelques minutes du lac à pied), calme... vraiment parfait pour découvrir la région du lac Majeur!
Chambre familiale d'une très bonne taille, clim parfaite.

Heb laptop dichtgeklapt en ben weggelopen. rest personeel grotendeels ok. De kamer was knal oranje, niet echt mijn keuze om te overnachten...

Posizione eccellente. Il panorama che si può vedere dall'ultimo piano è veramente favoloso.
Staff disponibile e cordiale (ci hanno dato un ottimo consiglio per la cena)

Personal war sehr unfreundlich, gab uns von der ersten Minute das GefĂĽhl wir sind eine Last.
Parkplatz wurde Bezahlt, wir mussten das Fahrzeug sofort nach dem Check-Out umparken, obwohl der Parkplatz leer war. Finde ich nicht korrekt.

Ligging, zwembad om af te koelen, hygiene kamer is goed.

Het hotel gaat niet met de tijd mee op diverse fronten. Jammer, er is met eenvoudige acties veel meer uit te halen. Medewerkers lijken vastgeroest. Voor een paar dagen is het goed.
