Good stay overall. Happy to recommend. But hotel (and Alabama) need to learn about sustainability!

Staff was friendly and welcoming

Room and entire facility felt clean

Cons:

Only negative: very limited recycling options plus wasn't assured that recycling would not end up in a landfill.

Your company should demonstrate sustainability in all areas of operation. Other hotels do.

Cons:

Trash under the bed. When we asked to speak to manager he was “busy” for 20 minutes then he had left for the day. Hotel staff were rude and not willing to help in anyways.

Cons:

Everything was fine even though they put us in a handicap room..until the fire alarm went off st 2am for no reason..and when asked staff about it in the morning they knew nothing about it. The night crew never mentioned it to them so they could explain to the patrons.
