Good value for money. Breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

I booked a smoking room by mistake. Didn't know they still allowed smoking. I had a bare bones room which did not make me want to come back to my room to escape the heat and humidity.

Pros:

Rooms were very spacious, apparently not common in Tokyo. Walking distance to the main attractions at Odaiba but also well connected with 2 metro stations nearby (Tokyo Big Sight the nearest). We stayed here only for 2 nights to visit Odaiba and Ariake exclusively. But maybe not a good idea as a main accommodation if you plan to often go to central Tokyo.

Pros:

研修後でのチェックインだった為、とても混み合っていましたが、忙しい時間帯でも丁寧な言葉遣いで対応して頂いて好感が持てました。

Cons:

禁煙室のはずなのに、タバコの香りが部屋にはあり、他の部屋から入ってきているのかもしれませんが、残念な気持ちになりました。

Pros:

お値段がリーズナブルでしたので、あまり期待してなかったのですがベッドも広かったし、子ども連れの添い寝でも十分な広さでした。
朝食ビュッフェもソフトクリームもあり楽しみました。
窓から東京ドリームパークのイベント（ドラえもん）も見えて子ども達も喜んでいました。
