Pros:

Good location, good breakfast

Cons:

The tub drain did not open. The ac was too cold. I increased the temp, then wanted it cooler at night, but it didn’t decrease. The pool was not clean, and there were no chairs next to it

Not worth the money
Pros:

Badly managed rooms and restaurant.Breakfast at the restaurant was below average with lack of food for the amount of people who stayed there plus a huge group of a company meeting

Hotel is asking money in advance even when booking.com said to pay when you arrive to hotel....Hotel insisted us to pay in advance to be sure to get rooms.... then why use booking.com to book this hotel ?

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location as we had a function in the event hall and it was very near Thane Gurdwara where we had another visit.
Nandini at the Reception desk was excellent in dealing with an issue we had about occupancy. She was calm and polite and sorted everything out.

Cons:

Our 1 night was comfortable, nothing to complain about.
