Terrible.
Pros:

It felt secure

Cons:

Currently and until the end of the year, the only property is and will be surrounded by serious construction. Drilling and jack hammering start at 8AM and end at 6PM. It was a very loud and noisy and not a peaceful place to stay. We wish they had informed me when making the booking as booked for 7 nights

الموقع قريب من كل الخدمات في وسط السي بوينت النظافة طاقم العمل الراحة كذلك يوجد مواقف سيارات خاصة بالفندق الأمان عالي جداً وبوابة الدخول للمواقف برقم سري

أعمال البناء والصيانة المجاورة للفندق من بعد الساعة السابعة صباحًا تبدأ العمال ويبدأ الازعاج ولكن بما إني كنت اصحى بدري ما أهتميت بالازعاج

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely use the property again. The staff is very friendly

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes großes, sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Aktuell befinden sich einige Baustelle in der Nähe des Hotels, daher war es sehr laut.
Wenn Gebäude fertig gestellt sind, wird es bestimmt auch wieder angenehm ruhig sein.

There’s constant construction around the area and you cannot sleep in or stir on the balcony because there’s people moving around a lot

Simple room in a good location
Pros:

Location was perfect, right in the middle of Seapoint and staff very helpful and friendly. The room overall was ok

Cons:

There is extremely noisy construction work around the area. I was away most of the day so that was not a major issue but some days I needed to take calls in the room and it was very difficult. There is also quite a lot of humidity
