Lovely short stay at Sea Point
Pros:

Location was very convenient, staff very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful and tastefully decorated rooms.

Cons:

The bed was hard not the most comfortable.

Pros:

The room is big, the staff are nice.
The cleaning lady made an accident and broke my perfume bottle. They compensated me in the amount i asked so I'm giving it as a good thing.

Cons:

1. There is construction work all over the surroundings of the hotel.

2. There was a smell of mud from the water sources in the hotel (2 different rooms)

3. The air conditioner didn't work when we arrived and they fixed it while we were in the room which was uncomfortable.

Pros:

La stanza è grande e pulita. Posizione a Sea point vicinissimo al mojo market e comodo per ristoranti/supermercati e per esplorare cape Town.
Parcheggio interno.

Cons:

Purtroppo al momento la zona intorno è praticamente un cantiere quindi ci sono lavori tutto il giorno (fortunatamente la mattina non iniziano troppo presto e stando fuori per la maggior parte del tempo e capitando a cavallo del weekend non ne abbiamo risentito troppo), ovviamente esteticamente non è il massimo.
La prima notte è partita ad alta velocità la ventola presente sul soffitto e si è fermata dopo 10 minuti (senza che noi potessimo capire come fermarla). Il giorno dopo lo abbiamo comunicato allo staff ma non ci è stato chiarito il motivo, inoltre ci è stato detto che viene comandata con un telecomando che però nella nostra camera non c'era e nonostante lo avessimo fatto notare (e ci fosse stato promesso di fornircelo) questo non ci è mai stato dato. Vengono fornite istruzioni per la cassetta di sicurezza ma noi in camera non l'avevamo.

Pros:

The property is clean and we got value for our money. The facilities are very beautiful.

Cons:

Ongoing construction made staying indoors unbearable. As it is, they don’t serve breakfast to guests. They need to work on that.

Stay away!
Cons:

Sleeping in the middle of a construction site. Stay away for the next six months. I’m attaching a video so you can see for yourselves what to expect.

Dissapointing Experience
Pros:

Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Property not as advertised and lack of transparency. Felt more like an apart hotel than a boutique hotel. Staff works till 5 PM and service is limited and uncaring. 2 construction projects very close to the property with loud racket starting early in the morning, severely limits resting. Surrounding area felt unsafe as construction projects attract homeless at night. Decided to switch hotels even tough partial refund request was denied.

Nice rooms, and staff.
Pros:

Staff were lovely at this hotel and the bed was very comfy. The room was spacious - bigger than expected. Was able to purchase drinks from reception if needed.

Cons:

We weren't advised that there were building works going on, literally surrounding the hotel. So this was noisy and not the most aesthetic of views! The area did not feel like there was much around, not your 'typical touristy' spots.
