Pros:

Comfortable Hotel which is close to restaurants, shops, bus stops and the beach promanade. The room is stocked with a variety of teas and coffees. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Cons:

Nice to have on site parking but will be tight during peak times. The hotel is opposite a construction site. A multi story building is under construction and the street is busy during daytime hrs. Street parking fills up fast.

Pros:

Dee este alojamiento lo único que destaco es la excelente ubicación, ,en la zona de Sea Point y a una cuadra de la costa, además de estar a metros de la avenida principal del barrio, donde se accede a diferentes comercios, restaurantes, supermercados y bares. La atención del personal de recepción es correcta. La habitación cuenta con vajilla, cubiertos y otros eleentos para preparar cosas.

Cons:

Para la calificación de 4 estrellas que tiene, dista muchísimo. Para ser un hotel boutique, como se describe, las habitaciones son tremendamente impersonales, sin ninguna decoración que hagan agradable la estancia y la iluminación natural es poca, ya que incluso de día e hace necesario encender alguna luz. Los balcones son pequeños. La cama de la habitación que me alojé era muy dura, incómoda lo que hizo muy dificíl mi descanso.

ALgo que no es culpa del alojamiento, pero si deben advertirlo a los huespedes, es que hay 2 obras enormes en construcción al lado de la propiedad, por lo que el ruido de la maquinaria comienza desde temprano, perjudicando el descanso. POr eso, creo que deberian flexibilizar las politicas de cancelacion de las reservas, ya que es común (según el propio staff me dijo) que la gente se quisiera ir despues de ver como son las condiciones. Personalmente, de una reserva de 6 noches que tenia prevista, solo use 1 y decidí irme, por lo que perdí mucho dinero, ya que la tarifa no era reembolsable. En la zona hay otros alojamientos de similar o menos valor (apartamentos) muchos mas lindos, cómodos, habitables y agradables. No recomiendo en absoluto esta propiedad, ya que su valor no condice con lo que realmente es. No es 4 estrellas.

В целом неплохое место для проживания.
Pros:

Все в неплохом состоянии, не ушатано.
Большая кровать, очень большая ;)
Есть приборы, тарелки, можно погоеть еду в микроволновке.
Мыли пол каждый день, меняли полотенца как просили.
Есть парковка, на машин 5-7, хватает вполне.
Можно выпить кофе на первом этаже, где администратор, там аппарат стоит.

Cons:

В душе не гермитные стенки, старость.
Вода протекает на пол, лужи большие.
Надо сразу вытирать, это реально неудобно.
Много наркоманских личностей обтирается вокруг отеля, прям перебор, иногда по 6-8 человек группами стояли… странные дети которые на асфальте лежали и нюхали что-то тоже.. Короче вокруг контингент так себе

Cons:

Since it's on a side street, several homeless people gather near the hotel entrance at night, which increases the feeling of insecurity.
We accidentally broke a glass, and they charged us 50 ZAR for it.
