Top Hotel!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage. Wirkte sehr sicher, gut überwacht. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Sehr bequeme Betten und große Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Türe wurde vom Reinigungspersonal einmal offen vergessen.

Pros:

No robes, telephone broken, no brochures, no service! Still waiting for list of treatments, where going to send someone still waiting. Very noisy with all the renovations in area. State of cupboards not good for the rating of the Hotel. Fridge froze everything and it was on 3. Coffee was hard as rock. Shower leaking badly into bathroom. No robes on arrival, no connection with reception did not bother to repair it, came out but did nothing. Just super disappointing service and star rating being a Boutique Hotel did not say much.

Pros:

It was a really comfortable bed that I needed so was excellent on this respect

Cons:

The secure parking was one of the tightest parking bays we have had and they only had a few so definitely could have been a big problem had we not got one with a boot full of our stuff

Très belle expérience que je recommande !
Pros:

Le confort, l’accessibilité, la sécurité. Le personnel très accueillant et très arrangeant.

Cons:

Impossible de dormir à partir de 9h à cause des travaux de construction en face de l’hôtel. Certes ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais avec un peu plus d’insonorisation peut-être cela aurait été mieux. Si non super hôtel.

Everything about the place was awesome...the neatness, cutlery and crockery, simply just everything,

Cons:

The unfortunate scenario that there were construction work all over in the near proximity of the hotel. As much as we understand that it is not within the control of Atlantic Affair Boutique Hotel. It was at times very annoying and irritating, because they were drilling whole day, every day and over the weekend as well.
