Geweldige locatie aan het water
Pros:

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel.

De locatie is top: direct aan de rivier en op een paar minuten lopen van het oude centrum.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Onze kamer was schoon, comfortabel en had een grote badkamer. Heerlijk bed. Heel stil.

Het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd met lekker vers fruit.

Kamer had iets ruimer gemogen.

Hôtel correct pour une nuit mais je ne souhaiterait pas y rester plus longtemps .
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé : proche de l ‘Yonne , proche des restaurants .
Salle de petit déjeuner agréable .

Cons:

La vétusté des équipements : salle de bain avec une robinetterie qui a vieillit , moquette dans les chambres qui ne permet pas un nettoyage adéquat du sol .
Poussière sur la bouilloire , dommage pour un 4 étoiles

Nothing to dislike, a typical chain hotel. Enjoyed the pool,
Nice big towels at the pool and in the room

Cons:

Distance from the lift, we are elderly and it was difficult to get in and out of the bath to shower. A long walk into town.

Dirty hotel

Reception and staff were okay, although they did say they had no parking and then found us parking, location is good but are the only bits that are good about this hotel?.

Cons:

How can this be a four star signature hotel ? Dirty and in need of new carpets frayed and just awful I would write this at a two star max. Hairs on the bathroom floor the carpets needed a vacuum bits all over the floor , had to wear shoes all the time. Did not enjoy the stay at all in this hotel as just did not feel it was clean.
