Amazing Hospitality and Great Location!!!
Pros:

My husband and I love this hotel! It is located very close to everything we need in downtown. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful and have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and requests!

Pros:

Kameka in the dining staff was fabulous. She had a friendly smile each morning and always greeted each hotel guest with a "good morning". She also made sure that all breakfast foods were stocked.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

Everything about our stay was nice. I will say the best part was the front desk employee we encountered. Her name was Jazmin. She was so sweet and personable. As soon as I walked up she gave me a compliment about perfume I was wearing but above that it was just her pleasant attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. That girl definitely deserves some recognition. Location was great. Rooms clean. Has an uber pickup right at door!

Morning "surprise" nearly derailed my trip to trip to Savannah

The stay was comfortable, the rooms are nice and clean. No complain there. However, the luggage storage issue nearly derailed my trip to Savannah. Upon checkout I was informed that storing luggage costs $5/hour per bag. My flight was scheduled for later that night. That means it would have been $120+ for them to keep my luggage. In what world storing luggage should cost more than the room? So instead of enjoying and exploring the historic downtown, or their continental breakfast, I was frantically looking for where to keep my luggage. Luckily I've found a shop that will store it for $5/day. I nearly missed my pre-booked walking tour because of this situation, and wasted money on uber. The front staff was completely unhelpful in this situation. Word of advise to the managers: luggage storage is a basic hotel service that a guest should expect. I travel extensively, 100+ countries, and I have never had this situation before. If you need to charge, charge $5 per day. Not $100+. You are located in a tourist location. Guests will want to enjoy and explore the city during the day before their flight. This morning "surprise" is not a small inconvenience, it has a huge impact on your guests. Instead of enjoying the city, guest need to run around trying to figure out what to do with their luggage, or cancel their plans all together. This caused a huge amount of stress and headache. Would I have known about this issue, I would have absolutely not booked this hotel.

Nice & comfy
Pros:

Last minute stay. Rooms were nice and comfy. Husband wanted to cancel our reservation elsewhere to continue our stay here. If we visit again would definitely stay again.
