Great location with a fantastic view of Maidan Nezalezhnosti from the window. Helpful staff and a fresh complimentary water each day was a nice gesture after a long day out in the city.

The gym facilities were limited
It’s near the center.
Price was a bit high for the condition of war. Also the hotel has old bathrooms with old showers.

Хоча це й не заслуга нинішніх власників та персоналу.
Ненавчений, хамовитий персонал.
Повна відсутність комунікації між різними службами готелю:
- відділ бронювання не повідомив що в номері буде проживати дві людини, то довелось чекати на другий комплект рушників, який замість того, аби занести в номер залишили на підвіконні напроти дверей
- рецепшн не повідомив обслуговування номерів, що у гостей замовлений пізній виїзд, то покоївка з возиком приїхала прибирати з вересуом "чому ви ще тут".
Брудна білизна - це новинка в "Україні". Неприємна.
