I made a reservation through Booking.com, and both the displayed price and the invoice included breakfast. The receptionist personally checked the booking details on my phone and confirmed the conditions in the presence of two witnesses. However, the following morning, my colleagues discovered that breakfast was not included, and they had to pay extra for it.
I contacted the hotel staff and asked them to resolve the issue. I also requested a call from the hotel manager. I was promised a callback, but even after 24 hours, nobody had contacted me, and the issue remained unresolved.
Mistakes can happen, but a hotel’s professionalism is demonstrated by how it handles problems. In this case, I experienced not only a discrepancy between the agreed booking conditions and the service provided, but also a complete lack of follow-up and willingness to resolve the situation.
For a hotel of this standard, this is unacceptable. Customer care and accountability are clearly lacking. For these reasons, my rating is 1/10.

Despite the aerial attacks, the staff is very professionnal and does his best to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are old fashioned but charming, view on Maidan Square is exceptionnal, and the shelter is fully provided with necessary comfort. Thank you.
The food in restaurant wasn’t too good, might be better to wander out and find other options
