When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of UAH 600 per pet, per night applies. Please note that only 1 with up to 10 kg of weight can be accommodated in each room. To stay in the hotel with animals, you must have a veterinary passport with all the necessary vaccines. There is a Bomb shelter in the basement of the hotel with free access 24 hours a day. Even during power outages, we keep running thanks to our powerful generator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. девушка администратор - само очарование, внимательна, любезна.Просто сам отель устарел...
Pros:

Завтрак шикарный, выбор блюд огромный!

Cons:

Придраться всегда можно к чему нибудь, но.....разве что сантехника устарела и невысокого класса

Прекрасный вид из окна.
Pros:

Все было замечательно, учитывая тот факт что я приехала в комендантский час, меня встретил охранник на входе и позже полок администратор и заселили в номер. Номер соответствовал моему ожидания. Вид был на майдан - прекрасен.
Единственный ньюанс, то что я не смогла дозвониться в отель по указанному на букинге номере. Хотелось бы чтобы была связь с отеля (так как я хотела предупредить о позднем заезде), но и это не помешала мне заселиться поздно ночью.
В номере было все необходимое (косметика, полотенца, тапочки, чай)
Кондиционер работал отлично.
Также хотелось бы, чтобы были зубные щетки;)
