Refreshing get away

If you are looking for a reasonable hotel in a nice area with good scenery and central to restaurants and the freeway, i highly recommend NYLO.

It gives New York Loft Vibes with a softness to it. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the rooms. It was perfect for one person.

The staff onsite were all amazing! Nice, welcoming, and accommodating!

The best perk of it all was that i got to bring my dog! Their fee was a lot more reasonable than going to her sitter!!

The breakfast buffet was simple but filling! Samantha and Judy were so helpful and welcoming every morning!!! Can’t forget Chef Erica, the maintenance crew, and just everyone!!!

Book here you will not be disappointed!!

A great stay
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Maeva was very helpful and sweet as were other staff! I will be coming back. The breakfast is amazing and feels like royal treatment here. The beds are so comfy and it's a great location.

Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful buildout, very clean, & most importantly the staff is amazing. Bartender (Gerian) gave us great service. Breakfast waitress (MaEva) was very attentive and gave us great service. My avocado toast was delicious!!!

Pros:

Everything was clean the rooms were beautiful and the public bathrooms as well as the gym were amazing they smelt like lemons and the bathrooms came with like your own private room to be able to use it in privacy and peace the beds are very comfortable and the tvs are astounding the volume is very smooth and the internet is great

Amazing Staff
Pros:

Its lovely to find someone that enjoys their work. Both Judy and Eva at the restaurant were wonderful and kind to our kids and to us.
Carlos at the front desk went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of.

Eeeewww what is this place.
Pros:

What type of junk are they pushing now days. No fridge in rooms, hell the roach motel has a fridge. Nasty musty smell in the room. I guess best thing going is that work paid for it. No chance I would pay for here or stay here again.

Great choice in Dallas, to stay with family and friends. Fantastic outdoor location to enjoy! We really love staying

Really nice hotel, clean and cozy in Dallas! Special mentions to Judi ‘s attention, was really special and wonderful! She was so nice to us and let us enjoy our stay!

We will return on our next visit to Dallas.

Very nice stay
Pros:

From the first arrival greeting to our departure the service was great. We were greeted by the General Manager that confirmed that our room we had checked into on the app wasn’t available and was still being cleaned. So within minutes we had another room assigned and keys in hand.
My wife and I had stayed here several months ago and we weren’t very pleased with that stay but the vibe, and even the room, was different this time and it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and good restaurants and is a unique experience.
