Pros:

Hotel próximo ao centro e de fácil acessibilidade.

Cons:

O que deixou a desejar em alguns momentos foi o ar condicionado, mas nada de grave, muito calor e tempo seco e a sensação que tínhamos é que o ar condicionado não estava dando conta do espaço para refrigerar adequadamente.

Главный плюс этого отеля - его месторасположение и своя частная парковка за отелем.
Отель находится в историческом жилом районе Кипсели. Именно местоположение делает его удобной точкой для туристов, желающих прогуляться пешком по улицам Афин и посетить Акрополь, парк Дикастирион и Национальный археологический музей.
Это старый семейный отель, построенный с афинском стиле конца прошлого века. Стиль отеля сохраняют до сих пор, ремонтируют и улучшают в меру возможности. Интересный интерьер холла, коридоров и общественных помещений. Простые удобные номера, направленные на базовый ночлег. Простой плотный завтрак, много вкусной выпечки. Доброжелательный персонал предоставит помощь по любому запросу. Так мне предоставили утюг, фен, горячую воду для кофе с собой. Номера очень чистые, уборку проводят каждый день. В номере тихо, кровати удобные, душ горячий, кондиционер работает, интернет хороший как для Греции, есть небольшой лифт. Мне все понравилось. Рекомендую людям, которым важно цена/расположение.

Internet Wifi doesn’t work. Gsm data signal is weak. If you are a remote worker then i strongly not recommend

Pros:

Мы снимали трехместный номер. 3 отдельные удобные кровати. Хороших санузел с ванной, горячей водой и естественной вентиляцией.
Номер был на 3 этаже. Лифт небольшой, но он есть. Завтрак простой, но вкусный и сытный. Сосиски, омлет, овощи, йогурт, чай, кофе, сок и очень вкусная выпечка, особенно лимонный кекс и круассаны. Лучше не опаздывать на завтрак) интернет есть, слабоват, как и во всей Греции. Парковка частная, за отелем.

I am very happy with my stay as it checked off cleanliness, good customer service and safety.
Pros:

First and foremost, it was very clean and well supplied. Very spacious, loads of storage facilities and had a nice balcony. The toilet was big, well-lit and clean. The breakfast was amazing; had a lot of variety from cereal to yoghurt to eggs to bacon and salad and bread and cakes and croissant you name it. The female staff members were very lovely and their customer service was exceptional, the older male staff though ehhh :/ Although it didn’t have a metro station nearby, the bus takes you almost everywhere. There’s a really nice, fancy bakery near Zakynthos station and generally the hotel has a lot of cafés and bakeries around. Area felt safe. Genuinely great value for money!

Cons:

The TV remote and AC remote sometimes didn’t work/broke. Shower was a bit too small so a lot of water spilled out. Didn’t have a hairdryer. Although not the hotel’s fault, there is no metro station around.
