Super Erfahrung nur zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei sämtlichen Anliegen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Das Hotel hat eine phänomenale Aussicht auf Heidelberg samt Schloss! Man ist wirklich in 2-3 min zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum.

Bedding is a bit too soft. Windows are not cleaned. Furniture, especially kitchenette was dusty

推窗见景，酒店就在河边，左转走150米就到桥上。原先一直担心停车问题，其实酒店有小小停车场，可事先预定。酒店装修很有艺术美感。

Dirty. Uncomfortable.
Pros:

The only thing 5 star about that hotel was the people who worked there. They were the only positive experience

Cons:

The owner needs to step it up . Selling the hotel as a 5 star is a scam. Everything is old , stained, dirty, dirty. Avoid it . Its not worth it. Parking was a big head ache. Its definitely not for the older or people with mobility issues. The hotel had tried to remove my review. Im writing this again !

Prachtig hotel op een toplocatie

Cons:

De airco hing in het halletje bij de deur, waardoor de kamer niet gekoeld werd. De kussens van het bed waren heel dun en zacht.
