Un logement parfait
Pros:

Très bonne expérience au city pop 2.
Propreté,calme , nombreux espaces.
Chambre très correcte avec une salle de bain très agréable et propre.
Lave vaisselle,frigo à disposition.
Très bon séjour dans ce logement.
Si je reviens à Bâle,c'est ici que je reviendrai.
Centre commercial juste à côté et transport en commun également.

The location is fantastic, close to literally anything you could need
The facilities are top notch.
The staff very helpful. Actually somewhat cheap for everything it offers.
Our room was upgraded for free.

Cons:

Cleaning can be definitely improved.
It is not cleaned thoroughly at all. Someone needs to check the rooms and assess the standards.
Furniture should be moved every now and then so a deep cleaning can be done, dust is not wiped off the surfaces.

Preis - Leistung völlig okay. Alles in allem würde ich wieder hierherkommen.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist etwas ausserhalb der City von Basel aber mit Bus + Tram (praktisch vor dem Gebäude) schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Grösse des Studios. Grosses Bett und bequeme Matratze. Schönes grosses Badzimmer. Einrichtung Küche, plus Nespresso- und Wasserkocher. Zimmerreinigung allgemein.

Cons:

2 bis 3 Kleiderhaken ausserhalb der Schrankgarderobe wären schon praktisch, wenn die Kleider nass oder feucht sind. Smart-TV den ich nicht benutzen konnte da keine Normal-TV Sender abrufbar sind. Ich wäre bereit gewesen eine kleine Gebühr dafür zu bezahlen. Die gesamte Kommunikation läuft nur über Messages und praktisch nur auf Englisch. Keine Bezugsperson vor Ort. Gehört zum Konzept ist aber schon etwas schade.

Stunning, stylish apartments with a large communal space
Pros:

Wonderful apartments—spacious and clean. Each unit includes a kitchenette area equipped with kitchenware, and there is also a large, well-equipped communal kitchen available for cooking. Additionally, there are expansive common areas designed for relaxing or working on a laptop. Just a stone's throw from the apartment complex, you’ll find a large shopping center featuring various shops, two supermarkets, a food court, several cafés, and a spacious gym. Guests of the property enjoy complimentary access to this gym; I used it myself and was very impressed—the level of service is truly excellent. A bus stop is located just 5 minutes away, and the property itself is close to the city center. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Self check-in: after payment, you receive an access code for your room on your phone. Keep in mind that there is no reception desk, but the staff is always available by phone to help with any questions or issues
