Pros:

Bonne gestion des communications. Facilité à l'entrée. Lit confortable, spacieuse salle de bain avec vaste douche à l'Italienne. Il y a un Migros à côté, et un arrêt de tram tout près pour rejoindre facilement le centre historique.

Cons:

Il manque une table, ce n'est donc pas un véritable studio car on y est mal installé pour manger. Il y a du mobilier étrange, une desserte... Inutile puisqu'il n'y a pas de table, un petit tabouret instable. Le bureau de travail peut se transformer en comptoir, ce qui est inutile, mais pas en table, ce qui aurait été judicieux. La climatisation n'est pas très efficace et nous avons eu chaud.

Хороший современный отель, все по коду, без карточек и взаимодействия с персоналом

Cons:

Кондиционер не очень справлялся в +38.
Завтрак слабоват (за 16 франков лучше сходить в соседний ТЦ).
Одна нормальная розетка в номере (остальные швейцарские, куда большой штекер не влезет).
Телевизор не работал, не получилось в номере посмотреть футбол.

Unbearably hot, no staff
Pros:

Good location near the centre and good work facilities

Cons:

The room was unbearably hot. Really, completely unbearable. The air conditioning didn’t do anything and there were no fans available. The windows opened a crack but no help. It was insane. Zero sleep had and honestly, that’s the basic thing a hotel should offer, right?

On an operational point, I’d expect there to be the right number of pillows, for towels to be replaced regularly. There were no staff on site, just a WhatsApp, which was ok but what if you need something immediately? It’s a weird and impersonal experience that works when it works.

But seriously - the room was uninhabitable. It must have been over 30degrees and there was no air flow. Provide fans if you’re limited by local government restrictions with air conditioning. This was dangerous.

Klasse Unterkunft.
Pros:

Super Unterkunft, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt mit kleiner Kochnische. Der Self checkin ist Teil des Konzepts. Man muss damit klarkommen, außer Reinigungspersonal, keinerlei Mitarbeiter zu sehen. Dafür lief Checkin/Checkout reibungslos.

Cons:

Kann minimal laut zur Straße sein und dann doch atmosphärisch etwas speziell ganz ohne Mitarbeiter vor Ort.

Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer für längeren Aufenthalt mit guten Stauräumen

Cons:

Leider nicht ganz zentral in Basel gelegen.
Es ist nicht direkt klar gewesen, dass das Parkhaus nebenan Hoteleigene Parkplätze innehat.
