Pros:

Friendly staff. Good room .had everything you needed. Really clean. Comfortable beds. Good choice for breakfast you just helped urself to. Lots of shops around for all you needed.

Very comfortable and clean...but no air conditioning
Pros:

The facilities are excellent - the main reception/atrium/bar area are well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable too - a really good size, very comfortable bed, good bathroom, etc, really no complaints on that front. The location is good, right at the site of the Wetherby Services with free parking included with the room. Staff were very polite, pleasant and professional and check-in took seconds.

Cons:

The only issue is that the rooms are not air conditioned, which I suppose is only really an issue during exceptionally hot weather (like when I visited!). A fan is provided which offers minimal relief but during a heatwave is largely ineffective. This is my only issue - everything else is spot on. If you aren't visiting in the height of summer you'll probably be very impressed! Otherwise, maybe consider somewhere else.

Good for long journey stop over
Pros:

Location, close to A1M but also Weatherby is only 5 minutes

Cons:

Had to change rooms as toilet was used and smelly on arrival.
But they swapped rooms straight away

Great, good value hotel in a convenient location with friendly staff.
Pros:

This is our third year staying here , it’s in a great location for getting to Bramham Park for Total Warrior.
It’s a motorway service station so you expect traffic noise but with the windows shut it’s hardly noticeable, there’s a grassy area with picnic benches behind the hotel and a good choice of food options at the services, the hotel has a bar and serves breakfast but we have never used them, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was a heat wave when we stayed this year so the hotel was very warm, but they provided us with a large fan for our room, you used to be able to park behind the hotel but these are all electric car charging points now , this is beyond the hotels control and there’s plenty of other parking.

Good for a night , very friendly and felt safe as a solo traveller . Rooms very tired and not very cool on a very hot

It was convenient, Was located perfectly for a break in my journey. It was surprisingly quiet considering its location. Staff friendly on book in

Cons:

It was quite clean, but very tired room looked like it had seen better days , my duvet was ripped and it said it had air cooling … this turned out not to be air con but a very inefficient fan . Some hairs in the bathroom and toilet …

lovely overnight stay.
Pros:

we were attending a wedding in Wetherby and needed a hotel for the night . we arrived well before our check in time of 4pm (wedding at 1pm) and were allowed to check in and use our room to change ,leave our cases and car in the car park.
great local taxi service and after a long day a comfortable bed to sleep in .

Cons:

The milk left for the tea/coffee was off but it was exceptionally hot and if reported to reception im sure i would have been changed. So perhaps a small fridge in the room would be good.
