Convenient being just off motorway .
Pros:

Easy to find location just off the motorway . Check in was quick and easy .
Rooms are compact but adequate . (Just very little room to get in / out of bed as only about 10 inches from the wall at one side !)
Kettle and tea and coffee in room . No safe nor fridge .
Bathroom was clean , had walk in shower and plenty towels .
We went out for the day and came back and cups were washed and coffee replenished but bed wasn’t made 🤷‍♀️
Breakfast is a basic buffet ( £10 if you pre book on arrival but £12 if you decide to have without booking) .
Breakfast is the only meal available here as they do not have a restaurant nor provide any other food. However there is a Greggs ,KFC , Burger King , M&S food store , WHSmith and a Costa next door at the service station and the hotel allows food to be taken in and eaten either in your room or their tables at reception.
Bar at reception has a good selection of drinks but a bit pricey.
Sleep quality was surprisingly good being so close to the motorway .

Good accommodation spoiled by staff at the bar and reception!
Pros:

Location was good as was the room.

Cons:

The staff weren’t very communicative at reception and just grunted and pointed etc

The bar was unfriendly and no prices I could see!

Normally I would have had a few drinks before retiring but decided to get some from M & S and had them in my room.

Very cold atmosphere throughout.

If you don’t want to work in hospitality find something else!

Praktisch am Highway
Pros:

Praktisch gelegen an dem Highway um eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstop durchzuführen. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und es gibt vor dem Hotel reichlich viele Parkplätze.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird in dem Eingangsbereich serviert und hierdurch ist es dann etwas laut in der Umgebung.

I had a comfortable rest, but shower door needed.
Pros:

We did not book for breakfast. We provided ours.

Cons:

No complementary breakfast included, no biscuits or snacks with the tea. Not even the smallest size toothpaste, or smallest size toothbrush or small cream could be provided.

Very good will stay again
Pros:

Did'nt eat brakfast,room and everything els was perfect,the staff was friendly and could'nt do enough for us ,nothing at all was a problem for them

Für die Durchreise perfektes Hotel…
Pros:

Gute Lage für die Durchreise, einen kleinen Einkauf kann man ums Eck erledigen, Frühstück und Zimmer sind ausreichend.

Cons:

Es ist etwas laut, teils durch die Autobahn, teils durch Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarzimmern
