Lokalita je super, hotel veľmi pekný

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an einer Busschleife und nah am Wasser mit schöner Promenade. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück hat uns stets freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gemütlich. Das Gym war jederzeit zugänglich mit Zimmerkarte, zwar klein aber mit guter Hantelauswahl und ein paar Geräten völlig ausreichend. Es gibt einen Pool, den haben wir jedoch nicht ausprobiert.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielfältig, vor allem mit umfangreicher Kuchenauswahl und man konnte frisches Ei/Omlett bestellen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Kleinigkeiten: Bei manchen Eigerichten beim Frühstück, wie Eggs Benedict, stand ein Preis dran, eher unüblich, sollte inbegriffen sein.
Das Schokotäfelchen als Begrüßung haben wir vermisst, ist anscheinend nicht überall üblich.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing.
The check-in process was normal and did not take long, and the receptionist was helpful at first.
However, after receiving our two rooms, we were surprised to find that the air conditioning was not working properly. The temperature in both rooms stayed between 24–25°C, and the rooms were extremely warm and uncomfortable. I called reception to explain the problem, but the receptionist told me that all the rooms in the hotel were warm, as if there was no solution.
By midnight, the situation had become unbearable. We could not sleep because of the heat and were seriously considering leaving the hotel and moving to another one.
We went down to the lobby and spoke to another staff member. Thankfully, he was more helpful and offered to come upstairs with us to check the rooms himself. After seeing the problem, he offered to change our rooms.
We moved to different rooms, and surprisingly, they were cool and the air conditioning worked perfectly well.
This was very frustrating because we had already spent an entire day suffering from the heat when the problem could have been solved from the beginning simply by moving us to different rooms.
Unfortunately, we did not feel that our complaint was taken seriously until we went down to the lobby ourselves at midnight and insisted on finding a solution. I hope the hotel management handles these situations more professionally in the future, especially during the summer.

الموقع هو الأفضل في براتسلافا و ملاصقته لمجمع التسوق الكبير و إطلالته تقريبا على النهر مع وجود المطاعم و المقاهي على ضفة النهر
التكييف داخل الغرف بارد و لكن دفع الهواء ضعيف فيحتاج الجسم وقت ليبرد طبعا هذا في الصيف فقط
