The pool outside was nice ..The inside pool seemed too much chlorine.
There was no do not disturb placard for our door .We had to ask for a lught bulb for a empty lamp .The outlets were very loose, my phone wouldn't charge, toilet rocked and when I asked for toilet paper from front desk the girl said okay I would get it to you and we never got it and I had to go ask again as we were going out for the day .You did give us all the stuff asked for without questions .So overall good experience. Room 616
The mountain view is fabulous!! Every room has a balcony. Very clean. Great staff. Nice large rooms .

Everything was so fantastic. Loved it.
Need more fresh fruit on the breakfast,oranges,apples and bananas.not mixed up in a fruit salad.
Bed mattress be up grade
Pool was ok. A little small but ok. Hotel was convenient to attractions
Coffee was bad. Breakfast wasnt good. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Stayed in room 606. There was a bad musty smell as soon as we got off the elevator. The room smelled very musty also. We went out and bought a candle, disinfectant spray and baking soda

The breakfast was ok, I have had better. Some of the staff was very rude to my friends when we got there.
The ability to choose the floor we wanted. Sufficient free parking. The complimentary breakfast. Our tv remote needed batteries, when reported it was taken care of immediately!
