It was very convenient to all major attractions. The bed was great and comfortable.
It could have been cleaner, it was very outdated. A fresh coat of paint in the rooms and hallways were very dark and drab.

We stayed in room 416 and the only complaint we had was the cable kept cutting off , but we weren't in our room much . Very clean room , housekeeping does a good job .
Close to the wedding venue for the guests
That after booking the room months in advance for the wedding DJ, there was a huge issue with the booking being in my name (mother of the bride) reserve the room for them. They were not allowed to check in because it was booked in my name instead of theirs. Even after calling and speaking with the location months ago about the arrival time, etc. there was nothing mentioned about it, needing to be in their name and not mine. The room has been paid for, and there should not have been such a big to do over who was staying there.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Had the mountain view and it was beautiful. Very clean and the breakfast was good also
The lounge was warm and welcoming, the choices of coffees in the lounge was fantastic, the pool and hot tube was very nice . The balcony was nice we got to sit outside and enjoy the evenings.
