The hotel is older but well taken care of. Our room was very clean and huge. The balcony was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the value was beyond worth the price. Breakfast was great and a lot to choose from. We will be back.
The pool water wasn't as clear as I felt it should be. It was clean though and the area around it.
Love the location. My granddaughter absolutely loves the pools.
I loved the hours of the pools! My husband enjoyed that every room had a balcony. All the staff was very friendly especially Ms Christy(i think thats her name) for the morning dining and front staff Thomas and it was another gentleman that checked us in he was great as well. Any issues we may have has it was solved immediately with those 2 guys. I loved how the location was around everything but also in the cut where it was easy to get in and out. All activities we wanted to do was no more than 10 minutes and that included traffic.
The thing i didn't like was the layout of the shower. My husband didn't like that breakfast didn't have any meat(sausage/bacon).

It is very clean and quiet. It's close to everything.
The elevators were extremely hot and stuffy
The staff was nice.
Bathroom, and shower were not spotless, shower floor had spots of dirt, toilet clean on outside, under seat dirty. Carpet vacuumed like a rush job,dirt here and there. No nice deoderized smell in entire hotel. Ok for the price.
Rooms were clean. Check in was great. Great location. Outdoor pool was nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was wonderful.
Indoor pool was cloudy and a little smelly inside. The outside balcony light is way to bright. If you like a dark room it will not be here it shines through the room from the balcony. Be nice if the curtains covered the door as well, the blinds are not enough.

Some deep scrubbing on the inside pool area would be beneficial.
The mother and son duo who was cleaning rooms on Sunday were arguing and cursing at each other the entire time. I had my grandchildren. It was pretty awkward! This was our second time visiting this location and the only time we’ve ever seen this. Staff is usually friendly and professional!
