We were made to feel really welcomed and accommodated especially by Andrea who checked us in. The room was an accessible quadruple room which, was spaciacious and fully served mine and my family of four needs. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was really useful however, there is no kettle in the room for making tea. This is compensated by having free hot water and coffee in the lobby. There was no noise from other rooms but those in the corridor were audible.
A special thanks to Andrea, Kethsia and Andruw who all went above and beyond to accommodate. Particularly Andrea, who on a morning that we missed breakfast went to the kitchen and made up plates of food and got juice and fruits for my whole family x

Great location for events in Miami Stadium. Cleaned daily, parking provided, convenient location also for nearby good restaurants. Nice staff, and a somewhat good breakfast
