Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff who were helpful with baby crib.

Cons:

Room was very stuffy. It was June, but a rainy day, 18C outside so not hot. Would not like to stay in a heatwave (although rare in Belfast)

Best hotel if you want to be in Cathedral Quarter
Pros:

Location couldn’t be any more perfect! Staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming, rooms were immaculate. Thank you to Marc for his hospitality, would 100% recommend.

A special Birthday Trip that exceeded all expectations.

Friendliness of all staff
Location perfect for City centre and nightlife
Room generous size, clean- hard floor not carpet.
Breakfast plenty of variety. Sometimes a short wait whitst items were refilled to remain fresh.
Megan D in reception was particularly helpful with advice throughout and nothing was too much. She really made a massive enhancement to our holiday and is an absolute credit to the hotel which was awarded Northern Ireland Hotel of the year 2015. Well deserved.

The room and especially the bathroom/ shower was not at a standard of hygiene that you would expect. Very dissatisfied with the comfort of the bed as well.

Pros:

Top floor. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for a trip to Belfast. Plus parking across the road made it all very convenient for our short stay.

Cons:

Water in the room and little snacks are always a nice touch -and don’t cost that much tbh.
