We really enjoyed the stay at Swiss Grand XiaMen
Pros:

Front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. We booked Seaview room which was very comfortable with great view. Location is good for travellers with easy access to sightseeing places. There is a roof top balcony can take great pictures.

感謝飯店讓我10月13日當天臨時取消，也沒有扣我費用.14日順利成行入住後也有讓我升等到面對鼓浪嶼的房型，服務人員都很nice,也幫忙訂了外送，下次造訪，瑞頤會是我的首選

Pros:

Love the location and staff responsiveness. Room was clean and had an excellent functional layout. Bath tub was lovely

Cons:

Although we were on a non smoking floor, there was residual smoke smell. Staff helped to air the room but the smell still lingered. Perhaps the smell is attached to the carpets and the curtains.

It was significantly higher than the price , supposedly for the minibar (which was filled with two evians and a fridge magnet for sale)… getting the remaining deposit released also takes multiple weeks…

Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 5 étoiles. Vous trouverez un meilleur rapport qualité/prix ailleurs.
Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et grandes. Petit déjeuner très complet (mais très chère). Assez bonne localisation. Petit déjeuner offert suite à : odeur infecte de cigarette dans notre chambre + une vue décevante.

Cons:

Odeur horrible de cigarette dans la chambre, pas possible d'en avoir une autre pour la 1ère nuit. Deuxième chambre: idem. Il a donc fallut attendre un 2ème changement de chambre pour enfin avoir une odeur normale dans la chambre. Les odeurs dans les couloirs sont atroces. La piscine est trop professionnelle (bonnet etc...). Je suis tombé malade après avoir mangé le petit déjeuner. Anglais très approximatif pour un 5 étoiles. Pas d'accès libre aux machines à laver.
