We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the proximity to the city, its sights and stores.
Pros:

Location and staff were great! The room was acceptable.

Cons:

No A/C, no tissues or washcloths provided.
Breakfast was okay, but the same every day.

3 minute walk to annex room from the hotel turned out to be a better than expected experience.
Pros:

The room was in an annex about a 3 minute walk from the hotel check-in. We were a little concerned about this but the room was well designed and prepped for an enjoyable quiet stay.

Cons:

Check in is 4 PM which surprised us as most hotels now offer 3 PM check in. The receptionist was able to get us checked in by 3:30 PM for which we were thankful. Their older computer system was having challenges which led to a pile up of guests wanting to check in. New computer system recommended.

Prima hotel voor een redelijke prijs.
Pros:

Goede locatie. Je loopt zo de stad in.

Cons:

Het matras is zacht. Je zakt er in weg.
Je miet rekening houden met flink veel omgevingsgeluiden. Er liggen niet voor niets oordopjes op de kamer.

Pros:

A lovely little hotel in an old house by a canal in Delft old town. Modern decor and very comfortable. My room was a good size and had everything I needed.

Cons:

There is no lift to the first and second floor and the reception has limited opening hours but it is such a charming little hotel it is well worth staying there.
