Es ist ein Preisgünstiges Hotel mit einer Toplage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist Perfekt, das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom öffentlichen Strand, man erreicht die Restaurants und die Barmeile in wenigen Gehminuten, das Hotel hat auch eigene Parkplätze - kostenpflichtig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit + beherrschen gutes Englisch

Cons:

Die Zimmern sind hellhörig, die Ausstattung ist Allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in einigen Zimmern hat es keine richtige Türklinge um die Tür von außen lautlos zu schließen, viele raffen nicht, dass man es mit dem Schlüssel zudrehen muss und knallen mitten in der Nacht die Tür zu, was man in der ganzen Gebäude hören kann.

Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind fantastisch.
In dem kleinen Garten lässt sich super sitzen und es ist nur 5Min zum Stadtstrand.
Ich komme wieder!
Und ich verstehe die doch z.T.schlechten Bewertungen nicht.
