Bon hôtel.
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, la literie confortable. Le restaurant Pizza et Pastapour un excellent rapport qualité/prix et un personnel très agréable et professionnel. La navette gratuite pour le centre ville.

Cons:

La signalétique pour se rendre à l’hôtel , le manque d'explication pour aller à la réception récupérer les clés. Pas de dépose minute pour décharger nos bagages que nous avons traînés sous la pluie environ 200m. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c’est décevant.

Abbiamo alloggiato 1 sola notte presso questa struttura e ne avremmo fatte altre 100 da quanto è bello. Struttura bellissima, pulita ricca di servizi di ogni tipo. Colazione veramente ricca e ben gestita. Qualità prezzo uno dei migliori che abbia mai provato complimenti.

Emplacement magnifique, calme, navette gratuite qui nous amène au bord du lac. L'hôtel et très propre, les lits sont très grands..

Cons:

Le check-in ne peut être fait à l'hôtel. Il faut retourner à la réception principale du complexe. Le personnel ne parle pas français ou très peu. Piscine intérieure : bonnet obligatoire, 1 seul WC dont la porte ne se verrouille pas (serrure rouillée)

Room was dirty. The shower head had a substantial amount of mold. Some of the walls were dirty. General upkeep of the facilties were poor. Pools weren't cleaned daily (not sure they were cleaned at all, during our 4 day stay). Breakfast was very basic and quality of food was poor. Doesn't look like any landscaping had taken place recently. Everything was overgrown and weeds everywhere. Hotel needs updating. Can't see how this is a 4 star hotel....
