Pros:

Preis/Leistung sehr gut

Cons:

Brandanschluss Türen aus der Tiefgarage ins Treppenhaus wurden mit Teppichresten oder anderen Gegenständen blockiert um die Türen offen zu halten ( während meines kompletten Aufenthalts ca. 10 Tage! Dies müsste dem Hotel unbedingt mitgeteilt werden! Sehr gefährlicher Sachverhalt!!!!!

Pros:

Animation für Kinder war gut.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wahrscheinlich hat man die ganzen Jahre nichts getan.
Sauberkeit der Anlage lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Rasen ungepflegt und nicht gemäht. Duschen am Pool sehr schmutzig und mit Schimmel befallen. Die Mülleimer am Parc Hotel wurden 3 Tage nicht entleert und waren total überfüllt.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut. (Massenabfertigung). Tassen wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Hier musste man den Kaffee in einen Pappbecher abfüllen.
Das Personal war sehr gestresst und nicht zuvorkommend.
Die Tische wurden nur kurz mit einem Lappen gereinigt.
Der Frühstücksraum war sehr unpersönlich und man hat sich nicht wohl gefühlt.
Das Essen war leider nicht ansprechend / frisch.

Am Abend bei der Mini Disco und der Abendanimation hat es kein Bier und Weißwein gegeben. Obwohl es auf der Karte steht. (kurz einen Zettel per Hand geschrieben: Heute kein Bier und Weißwein)

Diese Unterkunft hat 4 Sterne leider nicht verdient!

Large sporty resort close to Lake Garda
Pros:

Large resort type hotel close to Lake Garda and motorway. Large estate with sporting facilities and swimming pool.

Cons:

Reception away from main area ?why. Some confusion over breakfast timing. Seemed popular with large coach type parties.

Cons:

Limpieza y cuidado de las instalaciones. Esta todo demasiado sucio ( empezando por la habitacion, pasando por las piscinas y hasta los cubiertos y platos del desayuno ).
Me parece perfecto que acepten mascotas, pero deberian de tener un servicio de limpieza en consecuencia. La habitacion apestaba a "animal" nada mas entrar y habia pelos por todas partes.
A quien le guste hospedarse en un lugar mas o menos limpio, le desaconsejo este sitio.

Aparte de eso, a finales de mayo con mas de 30 grados el tobogan de la piscina infantil cerrado, apenas tumbonas disponibles ( muchas todavia amontonadas inutilizadas ), piscinas con una cantidad de suciedad dentro como nunca habia visto....

El recinto tiene mucho potencial, pero se encuentra en estado semiruinoso. Una pena.

Die Zimmer sind schön und neuwertig.

Das Anlage ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt.
Wir hatten nur Frühstück und das wurde im Keller serviert. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr lieblos und man fühlte sich mit den Plastiktischdecken und mit der Massenabfertigung wie in einer Schulmensa.

Großes Hotelresort
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist weitläufig mit Golfplatz und Pool. Das Hotelzimmer ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Es fehlten auf den Tischen Salz und Pfeffer. Die Rühreier waren kalt und ungewürzt. Wir wollten in dem Restaurant Pizza und Pasta Abendessen. Das war aber geschlossen. Im Hauptrestaurant gabs dann für 25€ pro Person ein Abendmenue mit Getränken. Da gibt es in Italien für den Betrag qualitativ bessere Menues.

Retirement village vibes. Gave me food poisoning, definitely not 4 stars

Good to have access to the Indoor pool if it's raining

Cons:

Stayed there for one night, never again. First of all you can't check in at the main building, you need to go to another building to get your room key. The impression that leave is that they don't trust their staff to take payments in different locations as the same thing happened at the restaurant. You can't go in until you go elsewhere and get yourself a wristband. Too much walking, not convenient for a customer. We tried their restaurant and food was mediocre, staff friendly. Unfortunately the next day we woke up with food poisoning. Tried contacting the receptionist to arrange late check out as I couldn't walk due to illness and nobody picked up all morning, you get an automatic Italian answer phone and nobody you can speak to. Facilities are dated with the pool full of sharp tiles. Overall feel is a retirement village with rules that nobody explains to you and inadequate signage. Definitely not 4 stars

Pros:

Bellissimo ambiente circondato da un verde fantastico! Super consigliato!

Cons:

Avendo una bimba di 4 anni celiaca abbiamo chiesto se ci fossero alimenti adatti a lei. Lo staff si è messo subito a disposizione per trovarci una soluzione. Servirebbe avere nelle info dell'hotel informazioni più chiare sulla disponibilità di alimenti e preparazione e magari più scelta di cibo adatta a chi soffre di questa patologia.

Preis passt. Wenn man nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Super Lage und viele Möglichkeiten. Golf, Skatepark, Tennis, Swimmingpool, Fussball,…

Cons:

Es ist alles etwas abgenützt, das Personal eher unmotiviert. Die Hotellobby wirkt wie eine Bahnhofshalle

Pros:

Brokastis bija ļoti labas. Tā kā palikām 3 naktis, katru rītu varējām izvēlēties ko citu.
Ļoti labi, ka viesnīcas autobuss reizi stundā nogādāja uz pilsētas centru, un atpakaļ no pilsētas centra.

Cons:

Vienīgais recepcija atrodās dažu minūšu gājiena attālumā no naktsmītnes.
