Eine gute Wahl, wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit möchte und nicht besonders wählerisch sein kann

Direkte Strandnähe, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer

Cons:

Strandnutzung (Liegen/Schirme) nicht inbegriffen (30€/Tag, 20€/halber Tag). Frühstücksbüffet lecker, aber recht eintönig - nach einer Woche hätte man bestimmt genug 😉

Chambre grande et spacieuse, très propre, vue magnifique.
Personnel à la réception sympathique et accueillant. Hôtel bien placé, pas loin de la ville de Olbia et de l'aéroport.

Bad hotel for a stay
Pros:

My experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff at the front desk came across as rude and unprofessional.

The rooms are very basic and do not match the premium image the hotel tries to project. Guests are told they have access to the “lounge” area, only to find that many of the seats are reserved for guests who have paid for higher-tier accommodations. This creates an uncomfortable and exclusionary experience.

The photos used to advertise the property appear outdated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. The restaurant was nearly empty during our stay, yet staff acted as though they were too busy to accommodate a reservation, which only added to the frustration.

Overall, this property falls far short of the resort experience it promises. If you’re expecting a premium stay with attentive service and upscale amenities, you may be very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Great and very comfortable stay

Fantastic place and on the beachfront!!
Pros:

EVERYTHING! The staff were kind, happy and my friend was gluten free and they could not do enough for her. On arrival at breakfast they had options ready and waiting. The buffet was outstanding. The hotel was clean and quite. We did go before the May half term so probably why it was not busy. The town was fantastic also. The room was clean and perfect. The view from the balcony was lovely! The beach (on the doorstep!!) was fantastic with a lovely guy called John taking care of us.
Luigi and his team in the restuarant were fantastic, always happy to chat and help with anything! HIGHLY reccomend this place

Pros:

Ristorazione eccellente: La qualità del cibo è davvero elevata, a partire dalla colazione — ricca e varia — fino alla cena, con piatti curati e deliziosi. Nota di merito anche per l'aperitivo, un momento di puro relax con ottimi drink e stuzzichini.

Servizio spiaggia al top: Stabilimento pulito, organizzato e confortevole, ideale per godersi il mare in totale tranquillità.

La chicca (Transit Room): Un'idea fantastica che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Grazie alla disponibilità della transit room, abbiamo potuto sfruttare la spiaggia e il mare fino all'ultimo secondo prima della partenza, potendoci rinfrescare e cambiare in totale comodità.

Staff e ospitalità: Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura. I camerieri e tutto il personale del servizio in generale sono stati impeccabili: sempre disponibili, sorridenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con grande professionalità.

Lovely place. Excellent stay.
Pros:

Our stay was perfect. The classic room is simple, reasonable size, very comfortable, with mini-bar and a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. The room and bathroom are spotless, and daily room cleaning is impeccable.

Breakfast at Nuska Restaurant is delicious and offers a good variety of options.
The whole team of the hotel and Nuska restaurant are kind, very professional and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our 3 nights here- would come back
Pros:

Travelled late may and was such a relaxing stay, plenty of places on the grounds to chill out. The restaurant on site was incredible. Friendly staff and great service at the bar/beach club area. Location wise its further out but we ventured out (on foot) and found plenty of alternative dining options.

Rooms a little dated but clean and spacious so wasn’t a problem
