La posizione … la cucina e tt i dipendenti
Le seul point positif est la proximité de la plage. Malgré cela, il est dommage que les transats ne soient pas accessibles à tous les résidents de l’hôtel.
Très décevant pour le prix payé. La chambre était beaucoup trop petite et la vue n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avions payé.
Au moment du départ, le personnel n’a pas été très serviable. Une bouteille d’eau nous a été facturée par erreur, nous avons dû insister pour faire reconnaître l’erreur.
Il n’y a pas de restaurants à proximité, ce qui est assez dommage
Pour le prix, nous nous attendions clairement à une meilleure prestation et à un meilleur service. Nous ne trouvons pas que le rapport qualité-prix soit au rendez-vous.

Beliggenheden var fin. Ud fra billederne kan man dog godt få indtrykket af, at selve hotellet ligger direkte på stranden, men det er restauranten, der ligger ved stranden.
Personalet ved morgenmaden var ikke særlig imødekommende, og morgenmaden var kun nogenlunde. Værelserne var meget små og fremstod desuden slidte.

Que cobren por las tumbonas de la playa. Te digan que solo puedes usar una toalla de piscina al día.
It had parking (big plus for the peak summer with limited street options), food in the restaurant was great, breakfast had lots of options but the coffee machine didn’t work. It was convenient, close to the beach.
The sun beds are too expensive for internal hotel guests vs beach clubs in the area, coffee machine during breakfast was not working and had to wait a long time to get a coffee… staff could have been nicer in some interactions.
Great location, access to Olbia via bus or taxi. Hotel amenities and staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport as we came only for a weekend. The hotel is about 20-30 mins far; sits right at the beach and beautiful sea.
Reading all the reviews we did not know what to really expect but in ten end we were very satisfied. But I would say that the feeling of the hotel depends on the room you book / get.
The hotel is located in two buildings, separated by a small road. One is with a pool and the other one at the beach, with an amazing restaurant.
We booked a deluxe room, based on the description on the hotel website (front beach view).
On our arrival, we were greeted by a very nice receptionist who unfortunately did not know much about the hotel. We asked about the sun beds in the garden and he told us this was not for our room which was surprising. He took us to our room which was a bit of shock for us. The room was small, on the first floor with a view to a garden. It was reachable via an access gallery. In front of the room, there was a table with 2 chairs, which with a lot of imagination had a side sea view… I was really upset and went to complain. We got another room, thanks God, on the ground floor which corresponded to the description on the website as it had a real front beach view. I am not sure if the first room was considered as deluxe. Hope not. If yes, then the hotel must really do something to change the description of the rooms on their website to avoid misleading people.
We were still told we did not have sun-beds in the garden but the hotel directory was very clear that all deluxe rooms had those. In the garden, indeed, there were reserved sun beds with a number of the room. So we used them. It was an excellent option as it took only few steps to be able to swim in the sea.
The room issue was the only hiccup we had in the hotel. Otherwise all was great. Ten hotel has a nice relaxed vibe. The sea was great! The restaurant in the hotel was great with friendly and attentive staff and with amazing manager. The dinner was really good. The breakfast buffet offered all what was needed.
The reception is a mixed bag. The first impression was not the best but then we were assisted by two different receptionists who were welcoming, service and solution oriented.
On our departure, we appreciated the opportunity to use a transit room to have a shower.
The hotel is in a small village. You can find a few restaurants in the area. There was one open all day with great pizza (Costa Sarda).
Overall, we liked the hotel but one needs to be really careful what room is booked.
