La moitié de l’hôtel (dont notre chambre) est orienté sud-ouest. Ajouter à cela de larges baies vitrées (non ouvrables) dans chaque chambre et une absence de Clim, la température au sein de celle-ci devient suffocante (malgré une température extérieure de 20 degrés Celsius).

The hotel has a convenient location, especially if you're visiting the University of Limerick or travelling through the area. There is plenty of free parking, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay, which was appreciated.
The staff were genuinely friendly and polite. Although they weren't always able to resolve the issues we experienced, they remained courteous and tried to help within the limits of what they could do.
For a simple overnight stay, the hotel offers the basics and can be a reasonable option during the cooler months.
The biggest issue is that this hotel is simply not suitable for staying during the summer. Without air conditioning and with windows that only open slightly, the rooms become extremely hot—almost like a sauna. A fan is provided, but it simply moves the hot air around rather than cooling the room. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring concern mentioned by many guests as well.
The combination of carpeted rooms and very warm temperatures also doesn't help the overall comfort during hot weather.
While the staff are kind, they could benefit from more training and empowerment to solve guest problems more effectively. There were situations where they wanted to help but didn't seem to have the tools or authority to provide practical solutions.
The hotel could also benefit from better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The common areas, car park, and especially the exterior windows would look much more inviting with more regular cleaning. Small maintenance updates throughout the property would also improve the overall impression.
Finally, I felt the price is quite high for the level of accommodation and service provided. At the current rates, guests naturally expect more comfort and better facilities.

Temperature of room far too high. No aircon. Window was closed with curtains open on arrival. Very difficult to get any sleep at all.

Det var varmt vær når vi var der. Hotellet er fullstendig uten ventilasjon. Det var 35-40 grader på rommet. Helt umulig å få ned temperaturen på rommet. Anbefales definitivt ikke ved varmt vær. En forferdelig natt.
