I felt very welcomed and super comfortable
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, the service fantastic. I have never before stayed in a hotel, in which the Guest Services were so extraordinary. There was a 24-hour-service through WhatsApp - questions were answered super friendly and quickly. During the day, a shuttle service to the beach was offered for free. There was unlimited drinking water service and I even was helped with one of my belongings, which I had forgotten in a hotel in Bangkok. Mrs.Rein, the manager of the hotel, helped me with organizing a individual courier service, so that I could hold it in my hands within 24 hours. That was perfect! Thank you so much :-) I will definitely come back!

הצוות נפלא, אדיב ותמיד מוכן לעזור בכל דבר עם חיוך. החדר היה מרווח ונעים עם נוף עוצר נשימה שקשה להישאר אדישים אליו. המיקום מעולה, קרוב למגוון מסעדות טובות לא רחוק מהזן בי׳ץ. הכול היה נוח, נקי ומסודר.עוזרים בהשכרת אופנוע עד המלון שירות מעולה

מומלץ מאוד . בהחלט שווה את המחיר ואשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A great quite location, on top of a hill with views to die for
Pros:

The Pool is great, with a great great view
The Room views are to Die for. Also we had a nice sauna and ice bath experience there.
But really the sunsets are a great.
The staff are very lovely and helping - you can always contact them via WhatsApp which is very convenient and they take care of everything.
The location is good, its on top of a hill so if you plan to not take a scooter or a car this is a harsh climb and walk but its very quite and far from all the noise.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated. you can feel it in the old design.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür ließ sich sowohl von innen als auch von außen nicht ordentlich abschließen. Hat mir eine nicht so erholsame Nacht bereitet.

Hay una nacionalidad de huéspedes predominante en la isla y en el hotel, que no le gusta mucho integrarse y alli donde va con su característica mala educación e imposición,hace que posiblemente tengas que ajustar tu viaje.Empieza por I y termina en L.

Super Preis-Leistung / wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer
Pros:

Hotel lieg auf dem Berg/Hang und mit der Ecksuit hat mein einen fantastischen 180 Ausblick aufs Meer. Zimmer sind extrem geräumig, gute und saubere Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal. Secret Beach in Laufnähe erreichbar, herrlicher Strand und schöne Beach Bar.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bei den Zimmern muss man schauen, dass man eines in einem der Höuser bekommt, welche die bessere Aussicht haben.
