Always great at Oude Werf
Pros:

The rooms are great and comfy, breakfast is always lovely.

Cons:

The bathrooms at the restaurant could be kept cleaner but that could just be guests making a mess.

Exercise caution leaving bags at reception
Pros:

We stayed at Oude Werf Hotel on the 29th and 30th of June. Our bags were left at reception on the day we checked in and for a brief period of time on the 1st of July. We enjoyed the food and amenities at the hotel but unfortunately while we were there we had approximately $ US 1000 stolen. This equates to much more in Australian dollars. I emailed the hotel and advised of the theft and was told on the 9th of July that the manager was away and would contact me the following week. 8 days after the initial email i am yet to receive a response. How this matter has been dealt with gives me little faith in the hotels management. It was a very dissapointing experience.

Amazing hotel great location friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Good breakfast choice. Bed was huge! Great location with shops/wine bars a short 2min walk from hotel.

Comfortable and well located.
Pros:

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of town.
Friendly staff and a good breakfast set up.
Minor maintenance issues but nothing that impinged on our stay.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a luggage ramp from the street and up the stairs to the property!! Broke my back carrying heavy suitcases up stairs to the entrance
