We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel well looked after from check-in to check-out.
The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. It also offered excellent value for money, with great facilities and service at a very reasonable price.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great staff, a clean and comfortable environment, and exceptional value. Highly recommended!

Prima op doorreis vanuit Spanje.
Le personnel est vraiment génial, toujours souriant, disponible et à l’écoute on se sent bien accueilli du début à la fin. Et La piscine est un vrai plus, un endroit parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites.

Avond eten al afgerekend bij aankomst maar daarbij niet verteld dat je niks kunt kiezen. Daarna weer in de rij van een half uur om je drankjes af te rekenen. Moet beter kunnen.

Je suis quelqu’un de très exigeant et honnête dans mes avis, et pourtant j’ai été véritablement bluffé par cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : la qualité de la chambre, le minibar, la documentation mise à disposition, les informations concernant les chaînes de télévision, la propreté irréprochable, l’agréable odeur dans la chambre ainsi que le balcon.
Les prestations étaient vraiment à la hauteur. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, c’est certain. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

Le personnel de l'accueil sympathique et les femmes de ménage très arrangeantes
Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel classé 4 étoiles. La chambre présente plusieurs signes de manque d'entretien, notamment de la peinture qui s'effrite au plafond et une robinetterie entartrée. La literie est correcte mais sans plus.
Les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur des prestations annoncées : la piscine indiquée comme chauffée ne l'était pas, le jacuzzi était inutilisable et la salle de sport est particulièrement décevante. Située au sous-sol dans la zone du personnel, elle comprend peu d'équipements, dont plusieurs en mauvais état (vélos et tapis de course). La climatisation était présente mais non fonctionnelle.
Le petit-déjeuner à 16 € par personne offre un choix limité. De plus, certaines boissons figurant sur la carte du bar semblent mal maîtrisées par le personnel : lorsque nous avons demandé un café frappé, pourtant proposé à la carte, la personne assurant simultanément l'accueil et le service du bar ne savait pas de quoi il s'agissait. Le personnel autre qu'à l'accueil et femmes de ménage ne dit pas bonjour.
Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu l'impression d'un établissement vieillissant dont les prestations ne correspondent plus aux standards attendus d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.
