La propreté, la situation ,et le personnel .
Loved this place. Close to the beach. A really nice locally owned business. Do a great job at breakfast, some of the baked goods are in house made. Very accommodating staff. Some spoke English and made it really easy to find out about good places to eat, and explain about there green efforts in running a hotel. Great job. H

L’heure d’arrivée
La décoration de l'hotel est très jolie et agréable, la propreté remarquable et le calme en général est très appreciable.
Le fait de devoir laisser sa clé à chaque départ de l’hôtel est un peu contraignant, même si rapide. Plusieurs incompréhensions de la part du personnel concernant le nettoyage de la chambre (certains nous on dit qu'il faut signaler quand on veut qu'elle soie faite, et d'autres quand on ne veut pas qu'elle soie faite...).

La cama y almohadas incomodisimas, he tenido que ir al fisio por que tengo muchismo dolor de lumbares y cervicales.
Lq habt se cae a cachos literalmente, los flexos de la pared del cabecero no estan bien enganchados a pa pared y no hacen contacto, con lo q no hay luz.
La ubicación, el trato personal, el bufet, en general bien.
Los baños de las habitaciones un poco justos.

Atención al cliente muy buena y desayuno inclusivo para personas celiacas. Te preparan todo a parte para evitar contaminación cruzada y para el pan tienen una tostadora dedican para el pan sin gluten.
Eco-sostenible, trato del personal, cuidado de cada detalle y la tranquilidad que se siente, sobre todo en la zona chill-out.
Se oían las otras habitaciones si hablaban fuerte, no pasó durante la noche, asi que no tuvimos problemas para dormir.

Someone scratched the rental car in the parking lot. No one came to the front desk to declare they did it.
The evening is a bit quiet in the hotel but it’s ok it’s close to the town .
La ubicación es excelente, está casi en la playa y muy cerca de calas espectaculares, tiene parking (porque aparcar es casi imposible), la calle principal de restaurantes está justo detrás, el personal es atento en general, el desayuno buffet es muy bueno. El hotel en general tiene encanto y está gestionado con filosofía de sostenibilidad. Y la relación calidad -precio es inmejorable.
Nada en especial. No es un edificio nuevo, pero está muy cuidado.
Hôtel avec toujours autant de charme... avec un jardin qui respire la sérénité.. un personel exceptionnel et accueillant..
J’ai moins apprécié la chambre que l'on nous attribué.. habituellement un confort exceptionnel du lit mais là matelas + sur matelas pas confort.. de plus dans l'équipement on a un réfrigérateur et là c'était un mini bar et ma réservation était vue sur jardin et nous avions vu sur le parking.. la première fois déçu.

Tout était parfait
Fijne plek midden in Platja de Aro en dicht bij het strand. Heerlijk ontbijt en aardig personeel. Gemoedelijk hotel.
Het parkeren was echt lastig. Weinig ruimte om te parkeren en vooral om te draaien.
