A Cool Location
Pros:

Location right next to station and nr tram stop. Lots of nice bars, restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The outlook onto a building construction wasnt pretty and it was dark. Needed the lights on a lot. Our room wasnt serviced very well.

Pros:

Great location. Right near main drag of South Yarra.
Clean, comfortable apartment

Cons:

Paid for parking at the rear of the accommodation. Didn't need to, lots of street parking.

Great location, modern decor.
Pros:

Great location, nice and neat unit with easy access. Comfortable bed and modern decor.
Cosmopolitan Toorak Rd, South Yarra only steps away with great restaurants.
Parking available at the rear of the property.
The host was excellent, full of knowledge and super friendly.

Cons:

Lack of comfortable seating in the unit was disappointing but not a deal breaker.
Bathroom was a bit cramped but serviceable. Advertised ground floor with courtyard at extra cost was a bit of a stretch. Certainly better than tackling stairs, but the courtyard was a tiny space with tree roots making it unusable.

Excellent value option in a great location
Pros:

Very good basic apartment hotel: very clean, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, great water pressure in the shower in a quiet location very close to train and tram public transport.

Cons:

My key didn’t work the after hours access door (but the help guy was good and all fixed in under 10 mins).
