Brilliant location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location!! The doorway gives the choice of three directions - the coastal area, the main square and the heart of the shopping alleyways - all just minutes away.

We also liked our balcony, which overlooked the alleyways, and the garden area.

Cons:

The only thing that spoilt our stay was the inability to control the air conditioning in our room at a time when the weather was really hot. We had to ask Reception to turn the aircon on every time. We have never encountered this at an hotel before.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro para moverse muy cómodo. El hotel es muy bonito, tiene un jardín con árboles cítricos muy ameno, con un bar para tomar bebidas. Las habitaciones son amplias con lugar de guardado, camas cómodas, cuenta con calentador de agua, y dejan café o té para uso diario. Tiene frigobar. Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado y rápidamente nos cambiaron de habitación
Tiene una piscina pequeña con hidromasaje, bien para relajarse
Las habitaciones cuentan con un balcón con una mesa y sillas

Cons:

Tal vez hay pocos enchufes en la habitación
El horario de cierre de piscina es a las 19hrs( para ser francos , casi todos los lugares tienen este horario) pero se podría extender

Location of hotel perfect . Our room was one of the modern ones so that was good & enjoyed having roof top balcony
Pros:

Our room was modern . Reception helpful & friendly .

Cons:

It was disjointed as we had to go up several stairs etc to our room but did prefer the modern room .
Didn’t enjoy the Buffett breakfast . Found pastries and cakes slightly stale . Coffee machine never worked properly maybe just a blip .

Fab hotel and fab location 😃
Pros:

My husband and I loved our stay in this hotel and would highly recommend if you like to be in the centre of everything, the staff were all extremely friendly especially francesco who made the best cocktails and was super friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice we also liked the sun terrace with plunge pool it was ideal after a day exploring. We would definitely return to this hotel 😃

Fantastic stay at the Astoria
Pros:

Spent four nights here for my Son's wedding. This hotel was fantastic ! Location is superb, right at the centre of everything, but hidden away enough to be peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful, a lovely little garden bar filled with lemon and orange trees, beautiful murals on the walls and shaded tables. The restaurant is classy and the food is good. Breakfast is buffet style with a LOT of choices. There is a sun terrace and a plunge pool both of which were being well used by guests. The rooms are comfortable with lots of storage and great A/C. All rooms have a balcony (or terrace on the lower floor).Staff were excellent, polite and attentive without being overbearing and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Loved my stay, and hope to come back some day

Cons:

We stayed at the new area of the hotel, which was great, clean, comfortable. But the walls are paper thin. We could hear all from the room next door, even their breathing.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We loved this hotel. It was right in the middle of things and the staff were so friendly and welcoming with a special mention to Francesco who made the best cocktails. Our room was spotless and overlooked the garden terrace. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked it so much we are returning in September!

Great location but overpriced.
Pros:

Location great. Lovely garden area. Staff helpful.

Cons:

I would say it was overpriced. The room was a little basic and the hotel was hacked so I was sent some scam messages asking for money for my stay.

Pros:

La 1re chambre était plein de placards et semblait petite (20 m2) on a été surclassés dans une chambre immense pour trois personnes.Tout etait parfait. L'accueil était excellent. C'est un vrai 4 étoiles. Propre.Équipements à la hauteur d'un quatre étoiles. Excellent petit déj. Très bien placé. Calme

Not a Four Star experience
Pros:

The owners have not reinvested in the building, this much is clear. The curtains in the room were hanging off the rails. Breakfast was very poor - the acid test is the Orange Juice (terrible). Final minor point, the TV configuration in the room proved impossible to access (the advertised) English language channels.
