Pros:

Good location. Appreciated the phone calls for organising parking. Appreciated call to advise after hours check in. Thanks Glen for removing the parking fee before check out.

Cons:

No car remote provided even though pre booked parking. Didn't appreciate that the after hours staff kept advising us that reception was open until 8. And the rest of the hotel closed at 7. So nobody knew what was going on. No one could open gates. Wasted an hour looking for and waiting for staff to call us back. Got a message from Glen via text message rather late checking in on us. There wasn't much of a point but appreciate. Chasing up why our garage remote wasn't included. Trying to get compensation for time wasted

Location and fantastic view to the city.

Cons:

Love height of the parking meant we couldn’t use secure parking, room and building in desperate need of a renovation. Very uncomfortable mattress.

Excellent service from the staff in moving us from a studio to a one bed. Accomodation very comfortable for work trip.

Great apartment and the location is excellent. Glen very helpful as the manager in charge.
