Great villa for a big group
Pros:

We were a group of about 20 people so this was the perfect place for us to stay. 2 rooms have twin beds and the rest all have a large double bed (maybe King size). Every room has it's own bathroom. Staff were onsite 24/7 & helpful. Housekeeping available for rooms on request (no one in our group got it done during our stay). Pool was great. Has a few restaurants/cafes nearby & plenty of shops/restaurants a short drive away. Little bit further away from the beach but still walking distance. Orginally 16 rooms but has been refurbished to 14 rooms, now has a communal inside space - lounge/kitchen. 2x big fridges in kitchen and water dispenser with drinking water also. Had speakers to play music. Good value for money if you are a big group.

Cons:

Few dodgy reviews on google made me nervous for our stay but overall it was great! Few minor issues only. Shower over bathtub which got a lot of water on the floor. Rooms upstairs toilets didn't flush so well. Couch in lounge was falling apart a bit. Location is okay. There are bats at night which pooped on the stairs but the staff always cleaned it up in the morning.

A beautiful stay for friends and family!
Pros:

What an incredible stay! We were a large group of 28 friends, couples and families ranging from our mid-twenties to sixties, and the space accommodated all of us so well.
Plenty of unique spaces to hang out in groups and enough to have your own privacy when needed.
The staff were so wonderfully friendly and accommodating, were able to answer our questions and did more cleaning and tidying than we would have expected (sorry team!)
We are all hoping to come back for a reunion stay some time in the next year we enjoyed it so much.

Noisy after New Year
Pros:

The Balinese style of the rooms. Staff were helpful when our room had no water and they were able to fix it promptly.

Cons:

Over New Year the music volume was very loud from their main complex next door and it went on for several more hours after midnight.

Pros:

Besides the bed bugs, everything else was great! Staff were so friendly & helpful! Place is beautiful otherwise. Was fortunate enough to have the whole villa to ourselves until last few days.

Pros:

When booking this villa they were very poor in replying - several time I had to resend messages / emails before I had a reply. Before we arrived, I tried to book a table for breakfast for the group that was staying, only to be told when the 1st of the group arrived, that the kitchen was not working as they had no chef - others were told it was due to having no hot water. They then booked a table up the street without telling us. We had difficulty getting new bath towels even when they were asked on several occasions. When asked if they had ice, we were told that they didn't, but they could buy some in for us which we paid for. On the 1st morning I noticed that 1 of the windows was broken and I advised staff of this. When we checked out, they told us that we had to pay for the damages, and they would not allow us to leave until it was paid for. I told them that I had reported the damage on the 1st morning. After some back and forwarding we were allowed to leave. After I had left, they then confronted other of the travelling party and wanted them to pay for the damage. I have now received another email / message chasing money for the damage.
I would not recommend staying at this Villa at all.
Beds are rock hard (some may like hard beds) no tea or coffee facilities. 2 bottles of water per day. No tissues (tissues supplied was a roll of toilet paper) Paper thin towels - 1 split when being used - and as they were very thin, they did not dry very well.

The staff are the best thing about this place!
Pros:

The staff and pool were fantastic!

Cons:

The rats, old furnishings, shower water was cold, shower head sprayed everywhere but on you and it was dangerous getting in and out.

Definitely needs an upgrade/revamp.

Pros:

Great option for large groups looking for exclusive use of a small resort type setup.
Friendly staff
Amazing pool with lots of sun-lounges and a lovely garden providing lots of space
Fantastic cafe just a couple of doors up for all day dining - Prince

Cons:

Rooms are very basic but good value for money
Housekeeping were a little unreliable eg replacing towels, making up beds and replacing toilet paper. If you asked the staff this was never too much problem.

Overall, a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly, helpful and try and accommodate any requests.
Pros:

The Villa has staff 24/7 who are very helpful and accommodating. The Villa is large with plenty of space and the pool was very clean!

Cons:

There was a few ants that seemed to constantly come into the room even before food was brought into the rooms.

The shower water can struggle to be warm sometimes.
