Although I didn’t care for the bathroom situation, everything else was perfect. I would comeback.
Pros:

The hotel was very close from the Sapporo station, about 5 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet was excellent, variety of food and drinks. The room was minimal but very clean.

Cons:

Bathroom situation could be improved. The bathroom sign says, the door must be closed when showering or taking bath because steam will trigger the smoke alarm to go off if it’s opened. So it made the room steamy for a while after showering.

Pros:

Für uns war die Lage neben dem Bahnhof entscheidend, um am nächsten frühen Morgen mit dem Zug weitetzureisen. Auch die Avis Autovermietung liegt nah bei dem Hotel, ebenso die Innenstadt von Sapporo auf der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß. Bad/WC haben die normale Container-Größe. Die Matrazen sind gut. Das Frühstück ( ab 6:30) konnten wir nicht ausprobieren, da unser Zug schon um 6 Uhr startete.

Disappointed
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The hotel needs refurbishment. The seats in the lobby are all old and dirty chairs. Room is outdated and the carpet needs to be replaced.
The reception staffs aren’t that friendly. I didn’t hear them greeting customers during my 5 days stay.
Breakfast choices are too limited and disappointing. Even simple soy milk, you can’t find it there.
This was my second time staying in this hotel but it is going downhill. I will not stay for the third time.

Comfortable & clean. I would come back for my next stay.
Pros:

Location is conveniently 5mins to JR Sapporo station. Very convenient & accessible for rail transportation & convenience stores.

Housekeeping was attentive & helpful. I only wanted daily change of towels & disposal of thrash. Yet they were concerned & still asked whether need full room cleaning.

Room was comfortable provided with smartphone charger. This is really useful for non-Japanese devices.
