Friendly helpful staff. Very happy with our time there.
Pros:

5 minutes walking distance from the main Sapporo JR station plus it’s a great location for getting onto numerous train lines. Guest laundry facilities on 5th floor. Great buffet breakfast.

過ごしやすいホテルでとても良かったです！
スタッフの方も皆さん優しく清掃も完璧でした

Cons:

ひとつ気になったのが朝食のビュッフェのときに食べてる時も取っている時も監視されているようで不快でした。
あんな不快ビュッフェは初めてでした。
食べている側の方を向いて片すスタンバイしなくていいと思いますしビュッフェとる時も監視するかのように徘徊しないでいいかと思います。すごく気になりました。
逆の立場になったらすごく気になると思います。
