This my 7th stay here and im always pumped into the same front desk officer the night shift and he always rude with all the guest and it happend this time with me this time , my room was totally dirty , smiling so bad and the table was so dirty from the guests before me and the toilet not even flushed
I told him about these points he was still so rude and asked me i have to wait till next morning so the housekeeping can do the cleaning, i wish this guy will be fired as i noticed his rude attitude everytime i book my stay at ibis , so disappointed and basically i will never stay here again
