Pros:

Samotný hotel je velmi dobrý a skoro až luxusní, ale nám dali ubytování v bungalovu dál od hlavní budovy, spíše takový kemp. Ale celkově jsme byli spokojení. V hlavní jídelně jídlo dobré, soukromá pláž skvělá včetně baru a nabídky jídla. Mnoho vyžití, od posilovny, kulečník, golf, toboga, bazény....

Cons:

Naše pokoje nebyly úrovně 4 hvězdy, spíše jako někde v kempu. Ale služby dobré.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung wirklich sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war nicht 4 Sterne würdig. Leider war hinsichtlich Zimmerservice einiges verbesserungswürdig (Toilettensitz defekt, Badehandtücher wurden abgeholt, keine neuen gebracht; Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer blieb bis zum Schluss leer stehen, kein Austausch). Wir mussten auch am Pool feststellen, dass eine Verunreinigung (Gast hatte Cola verschüttet) dem Personal stundenlang nicht aufgefallen ist. Wir hatten dann wenigstens ein rumstehendes „Vorsicht rutschig“ Schild für andere Gäste aufgestellt.

Magnifique, je recommande sans hésiter.
Pros:

La propreté de la chambre, son confort. Mais surtout la vue sur le lac !
La formule all in, c’est vraiment un gros plus, il ne faut se soucier de rien.
La navette qui nous emmène dans le centre de Limone.
La gentillesse du personnel (Sauf le conducteur de la navette hyper antipathique, pas la dame qui est super sympa)

Cons:

- la piscine qui ferme super tôt, 18h. Elle devrait au moins être ouverte jusqu’à 20h30, lorsque le restaurant ferme.
- les repas du buffet qui, parfois, manquent de chaleur et de diversité.

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt gut.
Pros:

Essen war überwiegend kalt. Bei der Abwechslung der Speisen ist noch Luft nach oben. Der private Strandabschnitt war super. Es gab auch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen. Getränke über Automaten. Toilette waren auch vorhanden.

Die Hotelanlage im Allgemeinen war sehr schön.. TOP PERSONAL, sehr freundlich und der seevice im RestaurantTop organisiert. Jeden Abend Programm.
Essen war gut. Pools und Zimmer waren sauber. Der Ausblick Top.

Cons:

Die Zimmer ganz besonders das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne hatte Schrauben drin. Keine Ahnung was das zu bedeuten hatte. Aber sauber.
