Great food and staff and fun for the kids. I’ve found much greater value in my other all-inclusive experiences.
Pros:

Restaurant was great. Lots of options and very good food and staff. Our kids loved the nightly activities and had a lot of fun with the activities team. They were great with the kids.

Cons:

Not as “all-inclusive” as I would have liked. Meals, snacks, and some alcohol were included. Alcohol was self service with limited selection and only available certain times of day. There was a billiards table but it was 8€ per hour to play. Only one restaurant, so it would get busy with long lines. All pools (indoor, main, and kids pool) close at 6pm and their self service bars close at 5pm. Only bar that stayed open later was in the hotel lobby. It was a hot week and the AC didn’t keep up great. Our room was also not very nice. Ants coming in the patio, door thin was thin and not secure, and needed a fresh coat of paint.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage am Gardasee. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal.

Cons:

Ende Juni, Anfang Juli total überfüllt. "Türsteher" mußte den Einlass für das Abendessen regeln. Das Personal kam mit dem abräumen und neu einrichten nicht nach. Katastrophe. Also abwarten.
Wie schon mehrfach erwähnt: die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.
Sie Sonne ist da. Sonnenschirme werden aber zu gemacht. Ist nicht gut für den Stoff. 🙈🙉🙊

Świetna lokalizacja, smaczne jedzenie, miła i profesjonalna obsługa oraz czystość.

Cons:

Pokojnie nadszarpnięte zębem czasu, wymagają trochę odświeżenia. Brak procecco do likierów Aperoll i Limoncello aby zrobić sobie drinka.

Klimatyzacja w pokoju OK, baseny też.

Cons:

Wszystko było OK, tylko był duży problem z mrówkami, które wchodziły do pokoju, przez drzwi tarasowe, basen powinien być czynny do okolo 20.30

Czystość w pokoju (codziennie sprzątany), jakość i ilość jedzenia (jedzenie jest ciepłe, na bieżąco uzupełniane, urozmaicone, pełen i nieograniczony serwis od kilku rodzajów wody mineralnej, przez słodkie napoje, alkochole od mocnych po lekkie, około 7 smaków lodów, różnorodne pieczywo, wszelkie gorące napoje, przynajmniej dwie propozycje dań pierwszego i drugiego, mnóstwo deserów i przekąsek), służący pomocą personel, położenie pod względem widoków jak i spokojnej okolicy, darmowy dojazd do centrum miejscowości, prywatna plaża nad jeziorem z leżakami i barem, trzy baseny na terenie obiektu, wieczorne animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych, bezpłatne miejsca postojowe.

Cons:

Jako mała niedogodność - do miejsc parkingowych trzeba się trochę powspinać pod górę.
Pokoje jak dla 4ro osobowej rodziny odrobinę ciasne (ale nadrabia to spory taras na którym przyjemnie spędza się czas) - pokój typu panorama.
Z istotnych rzeczy nie mam czego I nie będęsię czepiał na siłę.

Im gesamten ein guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Nicht gut gefallen hat mir, dass es nach 23 Uhr nicht mal mehr Wasser gab. Alles wird abgeschossen und abgehangen inkl. wird das Licht überall ausgemacht, egal ob man noch auf der Terrasse sitzt oder in der Lobby. Ab 23 Uhr sitzt man im dunklen.

Cons:

Der weite Weg bis zum Speisesaal ..Man muss viel Treppen laufen ..
Das Hallenbad.. sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen..
Das Essen war mittelmäßig..
Das Hotel ist für Familien mit Kindern geeignet..
